I can say this company did a great job just after the fire with the clean up but then I had them also do the rebuild and that was a HUGE mistake. Took them 6 months and items that were supposed to be done never got done. One of the subcontractors caused damage that caused them much more work and put them in the red. That's not my fault but from that moment on items were put off, items that were incorrect were never fixed.
Even one of the owners Greg failed to follow through. Again, they did a good job to begin with but I could never recommend them completing your entire project. Shame on them.

Hydra Dry Took care of our mitigation in Louisiana following 2 Hurricanes. They were unbelievable! I have seen other homes' mitigation work and there is no comparison, seriously no comparison. They were professional and SO clean. They packed and wrapped everything like true professionals. at one point I even suggested that they did not have to wrap up some non breakable decorative balls and they could just put them in a box and they said, nope, it is what we do.
They put up protective plastic so that the rest of the house was protected and we could still live there. The office and field staff were super responsive and helpful. I just can't recommend enough. Oh, and my contractor came into the house and took pictures of their work. He was amazed and said I have never seen anything like this. So impressed. They truly go above and beyond.

The team from Hydradry did an excellent job! They came on time, inspected the ceiling damage from an overflow ac pan, moved and covered my furniture, cut out the damaged part, treated it for mold, covered the exposed area, and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone as they completed the job in a professional way and were very friendly and worked hard to see that I was satisfied. Great Job!

I would highly recommend Hydro Dry. Very professional and thorough. They were called out to our house on a Sunday evening and worked until after 1:00 a.m. My husband and I were very impressed at the quality of work done. Jack from Hydradry was dispatched mby my Insurance Carrier and came to my house to inspect for water damage due to a pipe break. He was very helpful and identiifed several water damage areas and then used thremal technology to confirm the findings. Next, Kenny and his team begam the drywall removal. They were very careful of non-damaged areas and protected these areas.
They worked everyday to get my house cleaned up from the water damage and then dried it out with dehumfiers. They let me know everyday the current status and did not mind to explain the process to me and my wife. I trust that they have given me and my contractor a clean foundation to rebuild my house.

This team came out immediately after being called. The work they performed was done with very careful details. Only the damaged drywall and insulation was removed and not overdone. I can't say enough good things about Hydradry. Top of my list is their customer service. We had pretty severe water damage, and this was my first experience with this. I had no clue what to do, and Greg basically held my hand through the entire process. He was SO patient with all of my questions - super knowledgeable and I could always reach him when I needed to.
They were on time 100%, always professional and every person that I came in contact with was polite and extremely helpful. People, if you ever need a water mitigation company. USE HYDRADRY! Oh one more thing.they communicate with you every step of the way, so you always know what's going on and what it happening next. And they are super at working with your insurance. I was nervous when HydraDry arrived. When I met Will he explained everything that he was going to be doing and walked me through each step. The next day Will and Jimmy both went about setting up their equipment without disturbing my children while they were both at home doing online school. After completely drying the wet areas, Will applied this primer (paint and mold repellant) to areas of the home that were never wet.
He explained that it would minimize any possible mold growth. I was so impressed with Will's insight to apply this product that I wished I knew him when the house was being built so he could have applied this product to everything. I ABSOLUTELY recommend HydraDry for your home or business.

Drug addicts and illegal immigrants work here. Can't blame them for taking any job they can get, but they pay them horrible wages and work them 6 days a week for 10 hours and they're on call. "Management" is pretty much non existent and anyone else is grossly incompetent. They will show up late, do poor work, and send you an outrageous bill. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
You will regret it immediately. The employees and owners are also sloppy and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, avoid them like the plague and hire Servpro or another reputable company. I would give them 0 stars but it forces us to give at least a 1!

Bad service and poor communication! They came out to clean our tile floors (45 minutes late) and went around the eating areas and trash cans because they "don't move furniture" (i.e.: table chairs and trash cans). They skipped the laundry room and under a window because again "they don't move furniture" and there was a hover board, glider and baby car seat on the floor.
Much of the floor looked wet when they left and felt sticky; it remained that way for the next 48 hours. They sent someone out to look at the floor, (the same guy who did the job) and he said it was chemicals and asked me if I'd tried mopping it up. I mentioned the area on the floor that was undone, and he said "I guess I skipped that part." After calling the office to see what they wanted him to do, he came back and said he'd do the floor again.
Here for less than 2 hours (the first time it took 3-4 hours), he left and said the floor that still looked wet would dry. We moved the stuff by the window and he said he'd make an exception and move the furniture. The floor still looked wet, so I called the office to find out he I could clean it (I have pets and a baby, I don't want chemicals left on my floor).
I washed my floor after paying for HydraDry to do it. twice. As I walked around the house, I noticed that he missed a lot of other areas, as under the corners of the kitchen and shower. I found that he barely went over the area by the window and again he skipped the eating areas (and did not move the chairs), bypassed the laundry room and shower, did not move the trash cans and left the floor wet, saying it would dry. Finally, our dog peed on the floor and he went around the urine, leaving it in the grout. Unacceptable, I called the office and scheduled someone different to finish the job.
They were supposed to come at noon. No show. At 12:30pm I called to find out where they were. 1:10pm I called back, the person was held up on another job, he'd be over in the evening around 6-6:30pm. No show. At 6:20pm I called to find out f he was coming. I did not receive a return call. 11:00am the next day I called. They said their tile cleaning machine had been run over and was in the shop.
It would be 3-5 business days (or a week in real time) for it to be fixed. I suppose calling to let me know they'd be unable to finish a job for which I paid a premium was going to take longer than expected. Such bad service. Can't clean a floor (I mop at least once a week, cleaning it wasn't hard! It just needed to be done and I wanted it sanitized). And can't pick up a phone. SMH. Nevermind.
