This is the second time we have used on the spot to install our floors. Linda is great and so easy to work with, and the crews are professional and very polite. I love my floors and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price.

Don and Jeff came to our house with the carpet which we ordered and which was veeeery expensive :-). Since it was just for a single room, the price was not something which would break our necks. Poor boys came with masks on even though I asked them to remove them. They were visibly struggling with them. Carpet was heavy and on top of that they were trying to minimize damage which could be done by moving that carpet.

Once put in place, Don explained in details what's going to happen with marble threshold which was supposed to be installed in our master bathroom. His thinking about the details is really admirable. He can talk about details all day long :-). Regardless, threshold was installed, covered uneven cuts on existing tiles. Once installed, Don left and Jeff stayed to finish the installation of the carpet.

We had good discussion about the history of carpets and how to properly install them etc. Beer offered, beer accepted and carpet was put in place the way it should be. I liked the final result and I could finally go to the bed without that feeling that something really nasty is under my bed. (we moved to the house just recently and carpet which was there was probably the original carpet which came with the house 20+ years ago). Thank you Don and Jeff for making our bedroom look cozy and nice again.

We were extremely impressed with the quality and service provided by On The Spot. They were professional and friendly, and our new flooring looks amazing. We had a schedule issue which was entirely our fault, and they worked with us anyways to make sure everything was perfect. On the Spot did an excellent job of cleaning our bedroom carpets and installing new carpet in our family room. From the moment we were in their showroom until the job was complete, they were friendly, professional, and responded to all emails and calls quickly. Highly recommend.

On the Spot installed both laminate flooring and carpeting for me. They do excellent work. The main installer, Jeff, had great attention to detail and really cared about doing a good job. With so many choices in today's market for both flooring & carpet, it can be an overwhelming process in choosing what to install. But, I got great help in showing me options.

I was even able to take some samples home, which allowed me to see the product where it was going to be installed. This allowed me to feel confident in my selections & I'm very happy with the outcome. The floors and the carpet look fantastic! I will use them again for my bathroom floors & I would highly recommend them.

On the Spot did an amazing job with my carpet replacement. They replaced all the carpets in my entire house quickly and they look amazing! They have put new carpeting in two of our rooms on separate occasions and both times, did an excellent job. The carpet looks great. They removed the old carpeting and were careful and professional. Definitely recommend.

I had an appointment to have on the spot clean the carpets one week before my new tenants were to move into my house in midlothian. I received a message the day before they were to come saying they had to cancel due to the weather and they would call back to reschedule. I never heard back! Bad form and I am glad I didn't sit by the phone waiting for the return call.
