Update - the company called, apologized and immediately came out and took the cabinets back to redo them. He could not have been more professional and I have every confidence the job will come back done well and very quickly. If I could give no stars for this contractor, I would. The work they did to install glass in my cabinet doors looked like it was done by a child, and not even all around the glass. The contractor was miserable to deal with and was very rude. Unresponsive, sloppy and tried to duck out of the services they promised and I paid for.

I was initially shocked at the price of painting cabinets, but after a few quotes that did range drastically, I found N-Hance. Brian was extremely helpful in guiding me to a better understanding of their process and the quality measures they take to ensure a great outcome. He was very thorough in pointing out potential problem areas and what they would do to avoid issues.

After watching most of the videos on the N-Hance website, and reading countless reviews, we made the decision to go with N-Hance and could not be any happier. Mat and Michael were great. Mat was a great technician that led the project. He was a great communicator, through with his work, explained timelines, and was very willing to answer questions.

The day after completion, we noticed one minor blemish, and they were immediately back to ensure we were completely happy! I strongly encourage anyone interested to use N-Hance! Before and after photos attached.

We recently contacted N-Hance of Richmond to have our twenty-year old oak kitchen cabinets refinished for an updated look. We experienced nothing but extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff from the initial contact for a work order estimate to inspecting the completed beautifully refinished kitchen cabinets. Each staff member we encountered (Scott, James, Travis, Brian and Matt - we hope we didnt forget a name!) went above and beyond to ensure that our kitchen cabinet refinishing experience met our expectations.

On a 1-10 scale the N-Hance staff were a 12 for quality of work, timeliness and neatness. We now have a WOW kitchen with BEAUTIFULLY painted cabinets and new hardware. I am pleasantly stunned by the beautiful work that N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Richmond did. At the very beginning, we were amazed by the effective organizational structure and project management was and how well that team worked with the operations team. We were given updates on a continual basis, and the milestone schedule that the management team developed was executed according to plan.

The actual work accomplished was that only of a master craftsmanthose guys who executed the plan and did the actual work should be commended. Plus, the guys were extremely pleasant, treated the property as though it was theirs, and were polite and friendly! Our cabinets look brand new. With our large kitchen, we would have paid approximately $60,000 to replace them with the same quality we have today. Rather, having N-Hance Wood Refinishing refinish the cabinets, we paid well under $8,000!

For quality, timeliness, efficient project management, and professionalism, that was a steal! They are also coordinating our quartz countertop installation and backsplash, too! Im confident that N-Hance will meet the delivery date early!

A very pleasant experience and NHance did a fabulous job! Very prompt from the very first contact thru loading a video to the website, very quick response to call back to ask questions and schedule an appt to get a quote. Terry was very knowledgeable and cover everything thoroughly and answered all questions. After receiving several estimates we decided we really wanted to work with NHance and were not disappointed!

Total job was completed in a week, always showing up in time and all the staff-Matt, Brian, Travis, AJ/ couldnt of been nicer and making sure they answered all questions and gave us a heads up on all the work they were doing each day! On install day, went very quick and they didnt leave until they made sure my new knobs fit perfectly and help to adjust the screws to fit! James, Project Mgr was very nice and quick to reply with any questions I had and gave me access to his cell # so we could communicate and he was so quick to respond! NHance was a pleasure to work with. Their proprietary process for cabinet painting is streamlined and allows for minimal disruption to your day to day life. There is literally only one day you arent able to access your kitchen. Our end result is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Our kitchen looks and feels brand new. Highly recommend them!

They where on time, very professional, could not believe how fast they had my kitchen painted, less then a week. They gave me great suggestions and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I am very happy with how my cabinets turned out! The process took a little bit longer than usual due to the weather but they wanted to make sure it was done right! Everyone on the team was easy to work with and very courteous through the whole process.

We are so glad that we chose this company. Our cabinets are restored back to the original look after having several layers of latex on them which NHance did an excellent job in removing. Very pleased.
