Busy Bees was highly recommended by a neighbor, so we gave them a chance. I was initially pleased with the price and quality of their work. As time went on, I started to notice that things were often overlooked, especially with dusting. I shouldn't have cobwebs on my kitchen counter if a cleaning service is coming every other week. Other places were missed completely.
I reached out and sent pictures, requesting that these areas not be overlooked. I received a response from the manager stating that she would speak with the team and ensure this did not happen again. The next time the team came out, the exact same areas were ignored. I don't know if that was on purpose, because it was so obviously dusty I can't imagine a professional cleaner would not have noticed, ESPECIALLY if the manager did indeed address the issue. I emailed the manager back and discontinued services. I didn't even receive a response. Clearly they didn't care about my business.
