North Lake Cleaning Service does great work for the Washington County Heritage Center! They are always highly communicative, flexible, and professional. The service was very easy to set up, and Erin is always quick to respond to a text message. If an area of our building needs extra attention, the team always steps up to the challenge and does a thorough job. Mathilde (she's a star when it comes to bathroom cleaning!), Shelly, and Karen have all worked at our location and always keep us looking spiffy. Thanks NLC for making our lives easier!

In the past I would have given Erin and her crew a 5 star rating, however something must of happened with the company. Even though my mom had gotten emails asking her to confirm her appointment ( which was on a 6 week schedule) the cleaning crew was a no show. Repeated many times. (Consecutively for the last six scheduled appointments, ) Calls were not returned to us, or responses to our texted messages we sent. Erin, if you are reading this please contact us. I would love to change the star rating.

The North Lakes cleaning team did a wonderful job on deep cleaning our house. After 10 years with a great housekeeper, we had to start anew when she retired. I found North Lakes in our area and they had fantastic reviews so I called them and they provided us an estimate right away. I highly recommend this company because they are professional, good listeners, kind, and very thorough! They respond quickly to any of our needs. We're grateful to have found them!

We have never used a cleaning service at our small office but we were gifted a visit from a vendor who uses them regularly. All I can say it WOW! without before pictures you can't fully appreciate it and I never took the time to take any but the two guys that showed up didn't waste any time to give it a very thorough run through. Not just the bathroom fixtures and floors but the bathroom partition rails, baseboards, door handles/ frames, light switches, cobwebs at the ceiling, every piece of furniture that wasn't cluttered with my stuff. Even the drinking fountain looks safe to use for the first time in years! I would definitely recommend!

From making my appointment to getting my house deep cleaned and on a schedule, North Lakes Cleaning made it easy. The deep clean was great and the regular cleaning is so nice, it gives me more time to spend with my family and friends. The deep clean gets all those places in your house that you don't get to very often and it smelled so clean and fresh.

Before my first cleaning, Erin asked me if there were places in my house that needed more attention or places that I didn't want touched, I liked that! The employees are very nice, professional and have attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a cleaning company in the Stillwater area.

I am putting my house on the market and my cleaning lady had just moved. I found one and then the had to cancel last minute because she broke her ankle. I was desperate because pictures where being taken in 2 days. I spoke to Erin and she got it done! WOW they worked their tails off and did a fantastic job. I am definitely calling them back for the move out clean.
