Service Master showed up the same day I had water/sewer back up (a Friday) and removed carpet and did some immediate mitigation. Work was completed the following Monday and they did an excellent job getting things cleaned up and dried out. Would recommend! Great to work with. Evan called me back right after I left my message. Joe was out shortly after to access the damage and start the clean up. I explained what had happened and when. Joe said you did everything right now sit down and let me do my job. He explained all that he was doing and why. They really put a person's mind at ease.

As a new homeowner I experienced a very unfortunate sump pump failure which caused me to have about an inch of standing water throughout my basement. I called Service Master Minneapolis and they were fantastic to work with from day one. Evan and Scott showed up on time and ready to work each day. When they found issues they were transparent with me and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I hope I don't have a home issue that requires calling Service Master again but I know that if I do have an issue they will be the first people I call. I had an incredible experience with this company ( from the people that made it happen ( Tim, Marcus, Devon, Marin and Seth) and especially Evan. We started with you guys back in September. I honestly didn't know what I was doing. I just knew I needed to find a company to deal with a very difficult mold situation. My parents had discovered a leak from their sink.

After further investigation from my husband he found a bigger leak that had gone into the the exterior walls of the house. It was a mess and had been happening for years. I hope you never need what I needed.sewage clean up in your house. But if you do, these are the people to call! Evan showed up when he said he would and got things done. (If only my HOA manager and insurance adjuster were so efficient!) Evan turned a bad situation into bearable. Service Master was recommended by our insurance agent due to water damage in our kitchen and basement. Evan came out and was great to work with. He is very knowledgable and helpful in a crisis situation that none of us are used to dealing with. When the rep showed up he was professional and experienced. When the team showed up they had a total "been there done that" attitude. Each day significant progress was made in the tear out after a pipe burst under the kitchen sink. They took detailed notes and photographs. When our claims adjuster looked at the content, he was impressed by the detail uploaded to their site.

There was no need to send out claims adjuster on site because of the detailed catalog of the damage. Claim was paid and Service Master left the place ready to be remodeled. We had a choice in companies. Two were recommened by our insurance company. We absolutely chose the right one.

We returned home from a week's vacation and discovered our basement had flooded due to a sump that failed. My husband knew of Service Master's work, so he called them up and they came the very next day. They were a well-oiled machine. A team of about six people worked efficiently and professionally and did a very thorough job of clearing out all of the water damage.

They left industrial fans blowing in our basement for another several days, and after that, there was zero evidence of any moisture that remained. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend to anyone else in our situation.
