When you have an electrical fire in your home it is very scary as it is possible a secondary fire might start. Rick came because both my insurance agent and I called him to confirm there was a fire. As a women sometimes men doubt what you say and this fire made me feel like everyone was doing that. However, Rick came and told me not to feel that way because electrical fires have a distinct smell and if I smelt one I shouldn't doubt it.

He inspected my home and has confirmed, yes there was an electrical fire and told me the next step is to find where the fire started and how do we get the house fixed. He was very easy to talk with, knowledgeable, friendly, and also helpful. I will write more once the work on my home gets started.

I am so pleased with this company and their employees. They went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. They were always on time consulted with me every step of the job. An absolute pleasure dealing with the Archer group. From the initial call to Rick about water damage to my 100 year old Reclaimed Floor, he was on the job, with massive (and loud) equipment. The floors were able to be saved and the restoration turned into a Basement Remodel opportunity. The commitment and professionalism of the VERY skilled carpenter/contractors, was second to none. Jon Clark couldn't have been any more attentive to our needs, and offered excellent solutions at every turn.

His unbelievable carpenter skills with Reclaimed Barnwood and Corrugated Tin, gave us a truly "Better Homes and Garden" finished product. The best finish carpenter that I have ever seen. In addition, he showed up EVERY DAY, over a 3 month period. When the final touches were being put on, he was at our cabin from 7:30am to 9:00pm, with NO breaks, to complete the job within the timeframe that he was tasked with. Had another fabulous experience with Archer! Unbelievable wood work. Rick was very responsive from the moment I called him on Saturday after the storm came in. Aaron was great and what a great job he did! My house smells so fresh and delightful! Very trustworthy and honest glad I choose Archer for the job! Thank you Both these rooms were pretty much yellow thanks to my dog!

Richard came out to our home to give us an estimate on what we thought was mold damage. It turned out to be soot; we heat with wood. Anyway, he gave us a name of a lab to send in a sample to be tested to be sure. He is fairly certain we do not have mold. With all his experience, he can tell what's what, and ours did not follow a mold pattern. What a tremendous relief!

He was prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has a job like this. (But give the poor guy a cup of coffee; I neglected to do that as I was so focused on my concerns.) If we have any other issues, I will be calling his company! Diane Osborn

Showed up on time and came in with shoe covers. They cleaned my carpet and put the furniture on foam blocks to allow the carpet to dry. My ducts where cleaned thoroughly. They called me to assure everything was going fine and fixed a problem right away. I was very happy with their services, customer service, and professionalism.
