Very odd experience. I asked for a quote on 1. Cleaning house 2. Cleaning driveway and concrete on front of property and patios in backyard. Randy came Saturday morning, but forgot his rolling measures, so said he would return on Monday. He did, and spent a half hour measuring and testing cleaning an area. He asked for my email to send the quote. A week later, I called to ask for the quote. Randy seemed confused--thought he had sent it, phone had died, so.
He would send soon. Never got it. It's now two weeks post that conversation and three weeks and 1/2 weeks from the start. If he couldn't do it, that's one thing, if he can't communicate, that's something else.

Randy Matz and Yellow Duck Roof and Exterior Cleaning are fabulous! I hire Randy to clean my 16 year old roof. It was worth every penny. I live in a wooded neighborhood. My roof was streaked and grody. It had that so common yucky look and the north side was terrible. But now, it is clean as a whistle. I love Randy's professionalism and attention to detail. I got more than I bargained for, and I definitely recommend his work!

Fabulous service and work product! Randy Matz, the owner, is fantastic to work with. My roof is roughly 16 years old. So, I should get another 10+ years out of it. But I live in a treeline neighborhood with lots of shade. My roof gets all the gunk and streaking that is so common. I looked awful. But, now it looks like new! I was amazed at what a great job Randy and his crew did. Thank you, Randy!

They use a process that does not involve power washing that I was somewhat skeptical about but wanted to try as power washing will clean, but damage, roofing shingles. All I can say is that we had bunch of staining and moss growing on the north face of the roof and now it literally looks like it's brand new. They also cleaned our siding and brickwork which now looks like it was just replaced. Very nice people to work with and very reasonably priced considering how big a difference it made. Highly recommended.
