Rented a trailer from them for a big job and had a terrible experience. Some of the lines were cut and we could not apply chemicals with the trailer. They did send a tech out to look at the problem, but slowed us down tremendously for the day. Machine was filled 1/2 full of gas unlike they told us and we ran out 3 hours into work and were forced to pack up and go get more gas.
To top things off the owner got angry with me over the phone when I said that I should not be charged a full day of rental with what we had to go through. Screaming and yelling at me all the while calling me an idiot. Absolutely no way to treat customers, will not ever be back nor recommend this place to anyone. Chemicals are also overpriced and watered down.
