Scheduled an appointment for fencing estimate two days out. Technician failed to show during appointment time. Then texts me saying they don't use anything but cedar. I said I didn't care I just needed an estimate. Technician then begins to ask me questions to complete the estimate via text. So I scheduled an appointment to text someone. Waste of my time and this person doesn't even care. If they were going to be late that's fine just give a heads up. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I was trying to hire them to do a clean out on my mobile home. They ended up breaking my clean out and then trying to charge me again to install another one. I just want them to fix what they broke or did not install correctly to begin with. So I guess I'm going to have to go to the courthouse this week and get the civil court involved just get what they broke or did not install correctly fixed. Horrible experience. I'll never use this company again. Also they left their trash underneath my trailer as picture shows as well.

We had a clog in our drain between the kitchen sink and the washing machine due to pulled pork going down the disposal. I called them at 9pm that night and they had someone come out and fix it the next morning! They are very quick and reliable!

Pulled all of our corporate accounts with Reddi Industries due to a $90 bill they sent to collections. Billing department is horrible, especially Susie. First they tried to tell me that the equipment was out of warranty. I had to call three times for them to honor the extended warranty i paid for when i bought the house. Then the tech said he signed me up for the maintenance package which would include a free heater service in the fall.

The invoice specifically said customer will not pay for 2nd service in the fall'' right at the top. I payed the bill in full. Then they called a few months later after we moved a said i owed $90 more. Sussie with billing said there was nothing they could do, then sent it to collections. She never answers the phone, then calls you over the lunch hours. Horrible customer service, wont be using any of their services again.

Your deficiencies on invoicing shouldn't be my (the customer) problem. I wouldn't have let the tech convince me it was cheaper to join the maintenance program if I knew it was 90 more. I bet Susie is on the phone a lot after seeing you're terrible billing process. She probably stays really busy with you lying and ripping people off. Anyhow, you lost our business.

Corey (my plumbing technician) was awesome. He was diligent, professional, and efficient. His service was greatly appreciated. I've relied on Reddi for electrical, HVAC, and now plumbing services, and I can honestly say they have been great. I highly recommend using this company.

This past weekend our shower unexpectedly had a blockage and needed immediate service. We were fortunate to find Reddi online and they got out to our house for a free assessment of the work within an hour of calling. We received wonderful service by Jesse H. We have (unfortunately) had a lot of plumbing work over the years and this was by far the best individual we have worked with.

He has impeccable customer service skills, was incredibly kind and patient in explaining the process and what was going on, and he even did a great job cleaning up after himself. We will certainly be calling Reddi in the future and requesting Jesse. As a bonus, they worked very well with our warranty company which can sometimes be an immediate "no" to service for some companies.

You know you're a homeowner when you're excited about a brand new HVAC system. Especially when the old system was trash. Zach was the tech available to come out and fix the outdoor pipe that burst with the cold weather so we didn't have to keep the water off to the entire house for very long. So grateful he was available to come over for the fix, and it was a very reasonable price as well! He was kind, efficient, respectful, and explained everything well, including some potential future issues he could spot with our pipes, though was quick to say he wasn't trying to push more off onto us, just pointing out things to keep an eye on. The guy showed up on the wrong day to talk about garage door prices. He left the brochures but no business card. I tracked down who he was the next day and worked out options on the garage door. And they had a much better price and a much faster delivery time than the competition. So I ended up going with them anyway. But a little bit of advice. Double check the day you're supposed to meet with the client. And be sure to include a business card.

Cole did a great job diagnosing and repairing our furnace. Reddi came out the same day I called for service and they have always been fast and professional. Chad and Brent came today and installed my new system which included air conditioning and heating. the previous system had been installed incorrectly 23 years ago. and they helped me to make sure everything was safe including new venting going through the roof. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work. This is a great company and price is a great value. thanks also to Luke's who gave me the estimate last week and it was installed today can't beat that!

Cody, Chad and Brad installed a new unit in our attic for our upstairs bedrooms today. They did an amazing job - used dropped clothes to protect carpet and thoroughly cleaned up inside and out when they were done. Nice gentlemen and wonderful workers.

I had my yard sodded this year and there were a few areas that did not take. Reddi also put in my sprinkler system so not sure why they refused to replace sod, but instead offered to plant seed. if I wanted seed I would have saved myself thousands of dollars. I've requested owner or supervisor to come see this and I would then ask if they would be satisfied if this was their yard. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend Reddi for anything in the future.

Knowledgeable and polite young man. Called before he arrived. Got the drain unclogged and checked to make sure it was all clear. He arrived within the time I was told. He did a good job and was fairly quick at it. They have a 60 day guarantee on the work. I highly recommend Reddi for sewer cleaning.

WAAYY over priced! The business model (at least for plumbing) is basically get what they can out of people in bad situation. I had a leak in my water main right outside the foundation. They quoted me $1200. I needed it fixed quick so didn't have a choice. And that was with me doing all the digging. The guy was actually here less than 2 hours to do the job that he didn't even finish properly. REALLY $600 per hour? If you need a plumber call someone that will give you a fair estimate. Don't ever call Reddi!

We've used Reddi for several years. They replaced my AC and furnace this year and have done all our sprinkler work. Their employees have always been very good and easy to work with. I've never had a problem with them not showing up on time and getting the work done in a timely manner.

Very nice people we had to have our air conditioning worked on today Juvenal Fernandez is very nice efficient and fast. We were afraid we would be spending the night in a hotel because it's Sunday but it didn't take him long to get here and we are very appreciative and thank him for working on Sunday and answering all our questions.

Our air conditioner needed a new part and it was extremely hot. we had an appointment for a Saturday because they were so booked up and the next day which was Friday dispatch called and had a cancelation and got us in that Day! Dave came out and got it up and running again he was very professional and courteous throughout the process! we will definitely have Reddi out anytime we are in need of their Services! thank you Reddi!

This is what you will get with reddi industries: A broken A/C unit and a charge of $700. While they said they "fixed" my A/C unit, four hours later it was still not running properly. 10 hours later and it is 82 degrees, which is ten degrees above the thermostat setting. We spoke with quality control, who refused to refund our $700 that we paid to "fix" the unit, which showed absolutely no improvement after the service call.

Thanks reddi industries, for stealing my money and losing a valued customer. Beware public: this business might guarantee satisfaction, but they instead take your money without rendering the service promised. Publicly, I would like to ask Reddit Industries to abide by good business practice and ethics by refunding my $700 and only charge me an assessment fee.

Have been using Reddi for a number of years now. Had the same tech as I did 4 years ago. Dennis is a great guy and an asset to the company. He is always on time, clean, professional and one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. I get tree roots from my neighbors tree and he is always able to knock them out. I think 4 years between jobs says a lot about the good service I have received. Thank You guys for a job well done.

We had Reddi scheduled to come and clean out some drainage lines around our patio. I wish I could give them some kind of review but since they didn't show up at the time agreed upon, I won't be able to do so. Both times Dennis showed up two hours early and since we were trying to coordinate with a gutter repairman who was there to meet us, this became very frustrating. Won't be calling back any time soon.

We have had four or five opportunities to interact with Reddi Industries. Each time the technicians were prompt, kind and performed the request work professionally. I LOVE the fact that Reddi Industries does not restrict their working hours and there is not an increased charge for after hours or weekend service calls. After experiencing a negative encounter with another plumber (assigned by my home warranty provider).Reddi fixed the original problem AND the problem created by the other company. Call Reddi.they WILL take care of you!

Did fantastic job troubleshooting my HVAC system after a major power surge at my home. Pricing was on average with other competitors. Showed up on Saturday and told me if I could wait till Monday parts would be cheaper to get. And they were willing to let me pay in two installments if needed, which I didn't need to do after I got bill. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Scheduled an estimate for June 6th and she gave me a time between 3:30 pm and 5 pm. Waited until 5 pm but no one showed. Called them and said they had it scheduled for June 13th. I made it clear to the person I did the scheduling with that I would not be able to do it on the 13th and she said she had some time available for the 6th and I asked her specially if the work could be done before the 13th and she didn't see a problem with that. Very disappointed.

We used Reddi Industries to come out and replace our old AC unit that had seen better days. Cole, the technician was very professional and very informative. He laid out all our options as far as the various units they use and came our the next day and quickly installed our unit with ease. My family highly recommends Cole and this company.
