I sprayed a grill to a fireplace thought I had everything mask off pull the paper and had it real light black over spray on a bluish-green carpet called steammatic of Wichita and they came out and did a fantastic job cleaning my goof I highly recommend them to anybody that needs their carpet cleaned!

We were first time customers of Steamatic, having been referred by a friend. The gentleman who came to give us an estimate was very prompt, friendly and courteous. He answered our questions about the process and gave us good feedback. He gave us an itemized, detailed quote. We decided to just gave the upstairs done for now and, if we were happy with the results, would have the lower level done after the first of the year.
The two young men who cleaned our carpet were meticulous and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very quiet, considerate and polite. It has been about six weeks, and the carpet still looks and feels great. There is no soap residue with the Steamatic process to collect dirt and soil. We are very impressed and plan on having the lower level cleaned after the holidays when the grandkids go home. Wink, wink!

I had my carpets cleaned today and they did a fantastic job! Jay was the lead guy on the crew and walked me through the process and answered any question we had. He went over some pretty bad stains multiple times until they were out. Will definitely use this company again and will definitely reccomend to anyone else needing their carpets cleaned!

We have used Steamatic three different times in two homes that we've lived in. They have done an excellent job each time, from estimating the job to cleaning and deodorizing our carpets. The carpet cleaning techs were very personable and took extra steps to make sure the metal hose connections didn't scratch our wood floors when routing the extraction hoses back to the carpeted areas. We've tried others but these guys are the best in town. They've even cleaned up when other companies left a mess (cough, Service Master).
