Just had Chris with ChemDry over to clean the carpets in my dad's house. Lots of pet stains in almost every room. Had Chris run just the "fiber clean" as I understand it - which didn't deep clean thru the padding - but it looked excellent after he was done. And now the house smells MUCH better too. House had "funky" odors, but now just smells great! Thanks Chris!

I have been with ChemDry for years. I have never been disappointed with their service. Todd has been my service tech for the last two or three times. He is great. Such good service and so pleasant. Danielle is always helpful with lmpecable customer service. The owner did my carpet the last time. He is very personable. We had a good visit while he did my carpet. All in all this is a fantastic group.

I was kept informed of the crews arrival time. They helped me move what I couldnt by myself. They courteously answered all my questions. They provided several service options. I was reeled in and sold by their friendly customer service. They tech that came out did an awesome job. Unfortunately less than 24 hours after the cleaning our cat peed on the furniture again. After a scheduling conflict they came back out with no complaints! Furniture looks and smells great again.

The tech showed up nearly 3 hours late but did a good job after he got here. I would use this company again because of how good a job he did. Customer service was very polite and helped keep me informed as to when the tech would get here. Using this process allowed my carpet to be dry within 3 hours instead of days.

Chem Dry was awesome! I made a horrible mistake and attempted to steam clean our carpet downstairs due to pet stains/odor. I ended up making it so much worse. I called Chem Dry and they were so easy to work with. They sent out a rep and the carpets were cleaned within a few hrs! Thank you so much Chem Dry for giving us our family room back!

Absolutely loved how our carpets turned out. 1st of all the company was very wonderful at scheduling and following up to confirm. Derek was so kind and worked quickly. We had pet urine to deal with. After the cleaning the house and carpets smelled so good and I honestly can NOT smell any sign of pet urine! Will definitely call them again if I ever need my carpets cleaned!

We had our carpets cleaned by Todd and he did an amazing job! There were some stains that were on the carpet previous to us moving in and lived with for over a year he was able to get out AND got rid of the nasty pet urine smell we hadn't been able to get rid of ourselves. The carpet looks and feels like it's brand new and I finally feel like it's clean enough to let our baby crawl around on without blankets or carpets under him. Thank you so much! We Chem Dry!

They showed up on time, measured and gave me an exact price before they started. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Their work was very thorough and the carpet was dry within an hour. They are a little more expensive then other companies I have used in the past, but the carpets looked and smelled extremely fresh and clean.

Just had my living room furniture upholstery cleaned by ChemDry of Wichita. Appointment scheduling was quick and easy. The office called to let me know the technician was coming. Everything was cleaned quickly and looks great! 4 stars because I had to ask the technician to do both sides of the seat cushions, but he did promptly with pleasant demeanor. I would use ChemDry again!

Give them 5 stars hands down! The other company cancelled 45 minutes ahead and we had moved everything. Danille got Todd out here within 2 hours to do job. Kept us informed on arrival time and on a Friday afternoon left high and dry by another company they came through! They were quick, professional, and job was completed to our satisfaction. Would recommend them highly! They saved the day!

I had Chem Dry come to my house to clean a bathroom that my cat decided was also its bathroom. It smelled awful! The person who came from Chem Dry was nice, professional and did a great job. The carpet smells great was dry in a few hours. Now we can use that bathroom without suffocating from cat odors.
