I called Bay Area Dry-Carb left a voice message and was called back quickly. Discussed my carpet situation with Kevin. He was able to give me a general estimate. He said he would look at it and give me an up or down cost estimate when he got here and it would be my decision. He was running late as he gave me a call to let me know. He was doing the carpet at 4:30pm.

Pretty late but it fit best into my schedule. He was very helfpul in providing me with information, he was professional and easy going. I have two cats and a dog, he recommended that I do not do spot cleaning with Oxy Clean, Resolve or Woolite. They will leave chorline stains. Which had happened to me. He did a spot treatment and colored it and now it is as good as new.

I take care of my cars and many other things but I hadn't had my carpet cleaned in over a year. He said do it every 6 months to a year and it will last several years. I highly recommend Kevin to take care of your carpets.

I never thought I would have my carpets back to the original fresh grey.until I had Kevin come do my carpets. I had 2 different detailers try and clean it with no avail. If you need your carpets cleaned, Keith Tugwell is the guy to call. Competitive prices and great service. Did not try to upsell us a bunch of junk. He even stayed cool, calm and collected when PGE had three blocks around our house posted with no parking signs! Would definetly have him back.
