I have a beautiful area rug that hadn't been cleaned in years. I was moving so knew this was the perfect time to get it done! i was able to coordinate a pick up at my former residence, a thorough (and perfectly done) cleaning and re-taping, and delivery to my new residence. They were willing to work around the delivery date, pausing until I had enough moving boxes out of the way. They were professional and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I had three rugs cleaned and the service was prompt and very friendly. They picked up my rugs at my home and delivered them to me very quickly. I cannot believe how beautiful they all look. They are brighter, clean, the fibers are raised up and they smell fresh and clean. Rug Masters did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again.

I had no idea my tree stand was leaking throughout December. Poor choice, I put it on my brand new wool rug. When I took the tree out I had a huge stain and a terrible mildew smell in the rug. I tried to clean it myself with a home shampoo vacuum. The rug just got worse and it looked like it would be a goner. Rug Masters quickly picked it up and had it back in two weeks as promised.
He told me he would clean it and let me know if it needed further restoration. It turned out cleaning it was enough. Very honest and dependable. They also sold me a high quality rug pad.

We had a very good experience getting our rugs cleaned by Rug masters. Our house got flooded so I was very concerned about our expensive hand made rugs getting ruined. Jay came to pick them up in a timely fashion and cleaned them very well. I would highly recommend rug masters to anyone who needs their rugs cleaned.
