They gave a free quote on all our windows (inside and out). We have a large home with many sliding glass and exterior French doors. When we scheduled the job, they arrived on time, got right to work and were finished in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the quality of work, their courtesy and their professionalism.

Had this company do my windows 4 yrs. ago, did a good job for $250.00. Called Ron, the owner, to do my windows again and asked for him to come out to give me a quote. He told me he didn't need to come out since he had all my info from 4 yrs. ago and gave me a price of $275. His crew came out to do work and told me they would not do it for that price, wanted at a minimum $430.00. Told them to leave! Wasted a day!

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner/manager is the rudest human being. Extremely unprofessional. I don't know how they are still in business. I manage a large company and we used him frequently until his invoice was lost in transition for ONE job. He called me repeatedly threatening me that he better get paid that week or else. Our company won't use him any longer and I would be terrified if he did work at my personal residence.

Have commercial account with them, noticed the glass front was VERY dirty and got worst so I called, no answer I left msg., never get return call after few messages I decided to send email and found out the worker stopped cleaning my window! Worst management, Worst customer services! I guess this was why they gave me a low bid = LOW quality services normally took them about 5 mins when they clean

The company showed up to wash the windows on my second floor condo without a ladder -- this limited them to the use of a squeegee with an extension pole (something I could do myself.) Didn't clean the screens or the tracks. To make it worse, the inside windows had to be cleaned again by me because the employee didn't wipe down the windows - leaving a ring around the edges. A lousy job all around.

Worst attitude ever. I can not recommend them frames were supposed to be cleaned but they were not. After I said I thought you as a specialized window cleaning company would have the right tools to clean a window, frames the owner said if you know where to find them let me know, do you bother to open the window and look at that dirt? Me: but there are even spots on the frames. Maybe we are not the right company for you we have been in business for 25 years. 25 yeas of dirty Frames.?

I was very disappointed with this company. I was given a quote to clean the interior, exterior and tracts for my windows. I was given a separate charge for the cleaning of the screens on my lanai. When the employee came to do the work he only used a duster on the screens on the lanai (no water or washing was done on the screens) and when I told him he was also to clean the window tracts he said he did not have the equipment to do it.
After I reminded him it was itemized in the estimate he went to his vehicle and came back with a rag and an ink pen. He then pushed dirt to the edges of the window tract with the rag and pen and left it there. I called his supervisor and was told to use my vacuum attachments myself. To make it worse the supervisor said they would come back the next week to clean the tracts and he never showed or called. Even after charging me the entire estimate price and getting paid for it. Beware. I would not use this company again!
