We have cleaned whole Tampa area neighborhoods including cleaning of the following types of roofs; flat tile roof, barrel tile roof, slate roof, shingle roof, clay tile roof and metal roof.
Our tile roof was low pressure cleaned, our pool deck was pressure washed, as was our front walk and driveway. Ken used a rotary brush to clean our driveway as it was in terrible shape. It went very well. Ken was professional and prompt. He covered our bushes with tarps, he was very methodical and thorough in his cleaning, and he paid attention to the details of rinsing off the shrubbery and the windows after he was finished with each section of the job.I was very impressed with his work and felt he did as good a job as if this were his own home.

Ken came out and pressure washed our frame for our pool cage. It was caked with algae from huge pine trees in our yard, and years of neglect before we purchased our home. I have spent a full day trying to pressure wash the cage myself, with sub par results. Ken came to our rescue, he was not only efficient and friendly, but our cage looked like new again after he finished. His pricing was great, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs any pressure washing services. He will be my go to in the future.

Ken is the owner/operator of KJ Pressure Washing. Ken is one of those rare individuals/business owners who checks all of the boxes. I live in New Port Richey FL, and needed my tile roof cleaned. I called KJ Pressure Washing and left a message. Ken called me back in a couple of days. (#1) He made an appointment to come out very soon after his call back.
I'm pretty sure it was the very next day. (#2) He showed up when he said he would. (#3) He is a very honest, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understand, down to earth gentlemen. (#s 4, 5, 6, 7) His price was very reasonable. (#8). He did not want any money up front. (9) He showed up to do the work on the day and time we agreed upon. (#10). He was very careful about protecting my plants and property while he was cleaning the roof. (#11). My roof looks great.(#12) All around, a very easy and pleasant experience.

I will be saving this company's number because of his response to the negative review. How can someone expect a discounted service when they did not keep up with their end? Living in Florida yearly maintenance is necessary! We just had Powerwashing and they were horrible wish I would have seen this company first!

I never leave bad reviews but I had to on this guy! Signed up for "Automatic" annual roof cleaning. First cleaning was great service. I called to hire Ken for additional services this year thinking we were due soon for a roof cleaning. Long story short, he never showed for the second cleaning one year later and when I asked him why he said I didn't respond to an email?
So to try and move forward, I asked him what it would cost to do this year. I was quoted $650 for initial cleaning and then $230 each year after that. He said another $650 and then $230 each year moving forward. I asked how that was fair seeing he cleaned the roof two years ago and didn't show last year. He said $650. I then offered to even pay him the $230 from last year (even though he didn't show up) and then $230 this year seeing that seemed more than fair on my part. His response? NO ONE TELLS ME WHAT TO CHARGE! BYE! Hahahahaha, this guy is a joke. Buyer beware on this clown!

Having a tile roof in Florida is wonderful, except when all the humidity and rain start to turn the roof black. That's when I call KJ Pressure wash. They have the answer to not only make your roof sparkle but to have it stay that way for a while. I've been using KJ Pressure Washing for years and now many of my neighbors do too. K.J. Pressure Washing LLC IS the ONLY person you need to call for all your pressure and non-pressure cleaning needs. I've used KJ every 18-24 months for things like a house wash, my driveway and sidewalks, and my roof. He makes the exterior of my house look new again. My neighbors have used him as well and they were just as satisfied as I am with the quality of service he provides.
