A friend used Finicky to clean their windows and were happy with the outcome so I decided to contact them to pressure wash my driveway, sidewalks and pavers. I had a tight schedule and Finicky was able to fit me in at a convenient time for me. The workers arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. I liked the finish product very much as did my neighbors who commented on how clean everything looked! I thought the price was very reasonable based on the amount of cleaning that was required.

Finicky Window Cleaning did a fantastic job on cleaning our windows. This was the second time that we have used have their services. We have used Finicky on several occasions as they always do a great job. They are quick and clean. The gentleman who came out yesterday was extremely polite. He actually reduced my bill on his own after doing the work because he said it didn't end up being as much as what was quoted. Great experience all around! So happy I went with Finicky Window Cleaning for my townhome. Adam and Sam arrived on time and were very professional. I knew my windows needed cleaning, but didn't realize how dirty my screens were until they were done. Adam was wonderful! I believe his partner's name was Jose, he was outside so I didn't see him as much, but he did a fabulous job! They were on time (early if I hadn't missed their call), professional and thorough. I will have them back every 6 months and I can't wait. My son said the windows are "stupid clean" --- that pretty much says it all! THANK YOU!

We had used Finicky for quite a number of years at our house, and then moved to a condo where window washing was covered by the HOA. We are now in a new condo with floor to ceiling windows and glass panels on the balconies. We are delighted to be able to once again be a Finicky customer. Everyone at Finicky is professional and accommodating. Not only did Mike do an outstanding job despite the brutal heat on our balconies, he was just so nice about our poor choice of appointment time. We highly recommend Finicky!
