G L Hanson Carpet Cleaning

GL Hanson (Gary) did a fabulous job! The carpet looks close to brand new. I had a house for sale and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and show up fast. The price is very fair. Oh, and Gary is a great guy all around. I will hire his company again in the future.

When I called to get a bid for 3 rooms, I was told $75 and with a discount, $67. Much to my surprise, the person who cleaned the carpet charged me $130. Almost double! I was in the process of moving and couldn't back out. I thought bait and switch was against the law. I will never use them again.

There are so many carpet cleaning businesses out there. This one is family owned and operated. Gary who cleaned the sofa so beautifully has owned it with his father and intends to give the business to his son in the next few years. They have been around since 1954! He is a professional but he is also kind and generous. He was cleaning the sofa and I noticed he was cleaning the rug underneath and the runner in the hallway.

I thought, hmmmm, is this going to cost me more? I mentioned it to him and he still charged me the same! This is where I will be using him again. The three companies I got quotes from were three times as much! Three times as much as what Gary charged. In a world where we struggle to get some integrity and honesty, this was so refreshing. He is also on Angies List, but most importantly he is on my list forever. A true gentleman and professional. Thanks Gary.

I can't praise this company enough. I was in a jam and Gary sent a truck over within a few hours of my call and I had the very best carpet cleaning ever. Plus, Gary, the technician doing the work, was a meticulous, thoughtful, caring gentleman. Seriously, my experience with GL Hanson Carpet Cleaning could not have been better. I give them 5 stars, an A+, and, if I could, a gold medal for their top-notch customer service.

I was extremely pleased with the job Gary did at my home. He is a true professional, returned calls promptly, showed up on time, did more than he had to, and was pleasant to deal with. My wife was home and felt very comfortable with Gary. I have been in the trades all my life and recognize a true craftsman when I see it. He stretched my carpet to remove several wrinkles in the upstairs semi circular hall around my staircase and did a superb job! Cleaned the stairs and hallway and made sure the entry area into the 4 bedrooms looked like hallway, can't say enough. Price, quality, and service all excellent.a rare find! Thanks Gary!
