Services
Facilitec USA is the leading provider of kitchen exhaust cleaning services and rooftop grease containment products in the United States. Our extensive customer base includes chain and independent restaurants, hotels, casinos, hospitals, supermarkets, country clubs, schools, cafeterias, food processing facilities and industrial facilities.
Facilitec USA is an industry leader in providing hood cleaning and grease containment services for a variety of facilities, including restaurants, industrial facilities and manufacturing facilities. We never rely on subcontractors because we want 100% confidence that the job has been done right. We never compromise when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Exhaust hood cleaning protects your business, facility, staff and customers. Many kitchen fires start on cooking appliances, which flare up into the exhaust system and leave dangerous, unsightly, flammable residue. Regular hood cleaning is the best way to remove that residue and decrease the risk of fire in your kitchen.
You already know the importance of regular roof maintenance in protecting your system investment. But what about roof systems that house grease-emitting exhaust fans? How do you keep grease-emitting exhaust fans from leaking grease onto your roof, causing long-term expensive damage? The answer: prevention, prevention, prevention!

Super professional and did a through cleaning in both the vent and the dryer itself. He made sure no dust will get into the house by using a powerful vacuum. He offered several addition services to ensure the dryer will work without asking for additional pricing. I really recommend having him to clean your vent, you will not be disappointed.

We had longstanding business relationship with Facilitec, 30 years to be exact. This year they decided they couldn't provide their services to us. This was after they missed their original service dates, and so they would have to complete the work later in the day( which they have done before). This was apparently unacceptable to them. So in short missing your promised service date and then not working with your customers schedule is a good way to lose longstanding business. I recommend utilizing anyone but them.

We posted this on their FB page, so then they removed the review section from their site. After 30+ years Facilitec decided the Greek Community was not good enough for them to clean our vent hood. (see email we received the day they were to clean) "At this point we cannot meet your standards and are going to part ways. I advise you to pursue another vendor.
Thank you, Saren Elliott Supervisor" So Facilitec SW does not want business from the Greek Community at Oklahoma State University! So we moved to a local Oklahoma company that was more than happy to take the business for the next 30+ years. Greek Community if you are using Facilitec we would recommend changing as you may be next to be left high and dry.
