Stain Away Carpet Cleaning

Yesterday they cleaned out my dryer vent and I couldn't believe the improvement! It cut my dryer time to less than HALF! I could not be more pleased with the work Matt and his crew do! My 20 year old carpeting looks like new and all the area rugs brightened up significantly. They are very professional, polite, clean, and take great care with your possessions. I used them twice in the last 2 years for carpet cleaning and will certainly continue to do so and to recommend them highly to my friends and family.

The technician said the carpets would look brand new, and I was skeptical (they were very dirty). When I returned home after the carpet clean, I was AMAZED. These folks really know their stuff. I called several local companies to get pricing and information about their cleaning process. The receptionist was very helpful in deciding to schedule my cleaning with them. We had several small areas done as a general cleaning with some additional areas that had pet staining. Our cream carpets came out clean and look nice and bright. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable.

He was able to accommodate the areas I needed cleaned while also sticking within my budget. I feel that Matt genuinely cared about giving the client great service and customer satisfaction seemed to be of much importance to him. The folks at Stain Away did a terrific job abating damage caused by flooding in our basement (due to a Water Main replacement project). Matt has cleaned my carpets for over 10 years and does an awesome job. My carpets look brand new when he is done. The products actually smell good too. He has also cleaned some furniture that was dull and brought them back to life. I will continue to use Stain Away and I HIGHLY recommend them!

My carpeting is 6 years old, and my 75# dog really messes it up. I had Stain Away in today to clean my master bedroom (where my dog sleeps) as well as the hallway, stairs and two rugs, all of which were in desperate need of spot removing and deep cleaning. After Matt pre-treated and cleaned my carpeting looks brand new again. All stains and natural dog oils are gone and my home smells fresh again.

I had the work done this morning and by this afternoon, about 5 hours later, the carpeting is dry. I am pleased that there is not extra moisture remaining. I found Stain Away on the Internet and I'm so happy that I did. They just left my house earlier today. I had my couches cleaned after using a carpet cleaner on them that did not turn out so great. My couches look brand new, thank goodness, because the water and kid stains were driving me crazy. A huge thank you to Matt! Also, the pricing is great. I'll be using them again for my mattresses.
