Optimum Carpet Care provides high quality Carpet, Upholstery & Tile cleaning services in the Lake County area. We service both residential and commercial cleaning customers. In business since 1988, we strive to serve our customers with integrity on a consistent basis. We are family owned and operated.
We've used Optimum before and were impressed with their work, so we had them back to do more. They showed up right on time. We showed them what we wanted done and Mike explained the differences in the types of carpet we have and the best way to clean them. What I liked about Optimum is that they took the time to put booties on each and every time they came into the house, sealed off the doorway so little air could come in since they had to run the hose through the front door, and placed protectors on each of the corners so the ribbed hose wouldn't take the paint off of the corners.
We use a top of the line Truck-Mounted cleaning machine that is located inside of our cleaning van and is powered by a gasoline engine. On-board Water Source: Along with the cleaning unit itself, we bring 110 gallons of fresh water to each job. This means that most jobs can be completed without using any of your water.
We love our pets, but not always what they do to our Carpet & Upholstery. Even the best dogs and cats can sometimes have accidents or get sick. When it happens, Optimum is ready to help with any pet related issues. For emergencies we can generally be on the scene the same or next day, ready to clean up any mess left by your pets and help get everything back to normal.

Excellent service. Punctual, professional. Mike removed urine stains from the pet that lived here before us. The carpet in our 4th bedroom looks like a brand new fresh carpet. They also offered us a military discount which was very nice. I also was impressed they use their own water, and put an inflatable door stop in the door crack where it stayed open so bugs did not fly in. Extremely dependable and reasonable. Will use again!

This was the THIRD service that I have used for carpet cleaning. I have wall to wall ivory carpeting which is a hard job. BUT third time is a charm as they say. After very disappointing results from the first two services, I found a keeper in Optimum. The owner, Michael did the work himself and it is fantastic. Carpet looks NEW. Thank goodness my search is over. One less thing to think about. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

I would highly recommend Optimum Carpet Care. We had two rooms and 4 leather furniture pieces cleaned. Mike was VERY thorough in working on our furniture while Joe & Steve did the carpets. They were on time, did great work, and the price was reasonable. They explained what they would do, had a set price, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Would certainly use them again.

For years carpet cleaning companies would start the job by telling me why my carpet would never look cleaner. I called Optimum on the advice of my neighbor. I'm a manager at two apartment buildings and we always use them when people move out, existing tenants have called them to spruce up their place. These guys are GREAT! I have told I don't know how many people "They can get black out of black-top". They are that good. Very professional, very nice. Call them, you will not be disappointed!

Just had our carpets and two chairs cleaned by Optimum. I'd highly recommend them. They did the best job of any carpet cleaner we've used in the past. Owner/operator Michael Vincent and his crew were very professional too. I had them clean two fabric chairs which were absolutely filthy from our dog, Chocolate Lab, sitting on them for years - never thought they'd get completely clean, but they did and they look fantastic.

We've used Mike and his brothers several times. They are always professional and hardworking. We've had our kitchen/bathroom floor tiles and grout professionally cleaned by them as well as carpets, area rugs and upholstered chair cushions. I am always very pleased with what a great job they do! I wish I had before and after pictures of my kitchen floor especially- the gleam of clean seriously makes me happier! We will definitely be calling them again in the future.
