A regular cleaning program preserves and protects building assets such as carpets, floors, tile surfaces and equipment.
Whether you have one building, or multiple buildings, we have years of experience in cleaning and maintaining condominium properties. Routine Common Area Cleaning with an emphasis on keeping facilities looking there best on a daily or weekly basis. Also, keeping tenants safe through routine disinfections of all Common Area Touch Points, like elevator buttons, entryways, hand rails, etc.
Welcoming customers and employees to your facility is important to you, so make sure your hard surface flooring in your foyer and hallways portray that same welcoming attitude. Between heavy foot traffic and tracked-in debris and dirt, your hallways take a beating. Over time, they can begin to look worn and dingy, lessening that welcoming feel.

I don't usually leave reviews but was skeptical at our first time asking for carpet cleaning to be done by professionals. (We usually try ourselves) but was impressed by what they offer for their price and can say I was satisfied with the outcome. Would recommend if looking into the carpet cleaning service.

I find it interesting that they are called a restoration company! They sent a person to clean our dryer vent who DRAGGED my dryer out onto my newly finished hardwood floors. No towel, rug, nothing. As you can imagine it left a huge gouge on the floor and numerous scratches. It gets better, the boss came out to "fix" it and left gouge though darker and then put a high gloss over and my floors were mat finish.
Since then, they sent a "floor" person who said it cannot be corrected unless the entire floor is redone and at that the gouge is so deep it will have to be sanded done so far it would ruin the boards. Since then silence. Wish there was ZERO stars

Originally had a bad experience (overpriced bill) but the owner at Stephco came out personally to my home and made things right by refunding a large portion of my bill and giving me a discount on future use of their services. I honestly have never had a company make things right in a more professional manner than Stephco did and I can honestly say that their old school local business attitude made me feel better about using them over the larger restoration companies.thank you Stephco

Can't understand all the 5 stars. I believe in supporting local business. But this company kept my area rugs hostage for a month. No communication.no one answers the phone. Stopped by to pick them up.was told someone would be there and they were closed. Not a way to do business. Will be returning to kennedy carpet.

I have been a long time customer of Stephco Cleaning. Close to 20 years. It was a great company when the founder was at the helm running the day to day business. He cared about the quality and customer service provided by his organization. Unfortunately, he has ceded the business to his son. The customer service has deteriorated immensely. I recently made an appointment for work in my home.
The day of the appointment I received a call from the owners son who was tasked with cleaning my home. He called 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time notifying me he would not be able to make the appointment and would call me early afternoon to set a time to clean my floors later in the day. I took time off from work to be available for him. I was never called back for my late afternoon visit.
This is the 3rd time this has happened. The prior two times occurred when his father was in the hospital so I cut them some slack. I find the son devoid of customer service skills and very surly any time I have dealt with him. He should not be in a role dealing with the public. I work in a service industry and would never treat any customer this way.
It quickly became apparent that Stephco assigns its resources to the largest revenue jobs available and postpones appointments with lower revenue jobs when necessary. After 20 years I will never conduct business with Stephco again as long as it is being managed by the owners son. I found another cleaner locally who was able to promptly on short notice provide me with service. They were diligent and very attentive and actually provided a superior job at a lower cost. Stay away from Stephco. Bad News in 2017!

I contacted Stephco for dryer vent cleaning service (representing condo owners in a small condo association just outside of Charlestown) and ended up selecting them to do the job - individual units. Other quotes came in a little higher. I found the office staff very responsive and the technicians Josh & Sam were good and thorough. Courteous and very conscientious and come recommended for this service. Great job!

Stephco, founded in 1978, is one of Greater Boston's leading family-owned full-service commercial and residential cleaning companies. I did not know that when I called the number out of the Braintree Advertiser. I had a 9x12 90 line THICK wool rug that was in need of a wicked cleaning: Twenty years of pets and people on this rug was too much to handle for my Hoover!
I had Pick-up, drop off, EXTENSIVE cleaning, and terrific service for less than $200. WOW! I was updated by phone several times as the work progressed. The staff was always cheerful, friendly, professional, and taking care of business. The gents that did the pick-up and drop off were neatly attired in company shirts and caps. I'm not a big fish, but I was treated with all the consideration a big fish gets. AND They did a fabulous job cleaning my rug.;- I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, FELLOW LANDLORDS, AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES BIG & SMALL.
