It's a great service. He is still in cleaning my carpets and I just wanted to post my review as soon as I can since I am very satisfied with the cleaning. He is very detailed in his cleaning. BB's Carpet Cleaners service is exceptional! Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY! I am totally happy with the results of my carpet and area rugs that were cleaned. Most importantly, my husband told Sergio it was urgent to have our carpets and area rugs cleaned. Sergio fit us into his busy schedule. My 5 and 7 year old granddaughters commented, "He is so friendly!"

Sergio was referred to me from a realtor friend to clean carpet before our Move-Out inspection. He was very responsive called me immediately. I also had to reschedule and he was very accommodating and scheduled me in early the next day. Sergio was very diligent in the corners and used his UV light to find things we couldn't see. Blown away by the carpets they look BETTER than before we moved in. Would refer to anyone!

I've always used a large franchise carpet cleaning company and have never been extremely pleased. I assumed that our stains were with us for the long-haul with 2 young kids and a dog. I stand corrected! I called Sergio because our geriatric boxer passed away and was having many accidents towards the end. We did the best we could with boujee pet stain removers and our Bissell carpet cleaner. Sergio was able to remove all the stains and the odor.

Our house smells great and I feel much more confident about our carpets. They look brand new! We live on the lake and have a high traffic area downstairs that gets destroyed. I've included a pic of it in my review. He is extremely professional and has a passion for what he does. I highly recommend him! Also, ask him why his company is named BB .

Sergio did a wonderful job on our carpet & area rug! Our carpet wasn't in bad shape to begin with, but it had been a few years since we had it professionally cleaned so the high traffic areas needed a little attention. He was on time, communicative, quick but thorough and attentive to detail, and was very friendly. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again in the future.
