I had to deal with one of the owners of this company on a purchase. He sold me a product that did not fit as he claimed it would. I gave him several opportunities to make it right even drive 2 hours just to get my money back but I haven't heard back. As a business owner I would never do that to anyone. I'd rather take a loss, just to make my client happier but they don't think this way. With the morals of this individual, I don't recommend doing business with them.

This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time and energy to write. We were happy with the work done by the two girls who were sent to do the job. We were not happy with the professionalism of the business owner. After contacting the business to set up an estimate for cleaning our home, we were given a specific time for the business owner to come and give us an estimate the following day.
That next morning she texted and asked if she could move it to three hours later. After agreeing upon a time later in the day she was not at our home at the agreed-upon time. She said she had been running late at a previous job. She asked if she could call me when she left from that job, and I never heard a word from her. So I messaged her the following day and asked if she still wanted our business.
We agreed upon another time the following day for the estimate. After viewing our home it was agreed-upon by all that it needed a deep cleaning. She quoted us a range of $200-$250. We gladly agreed. After our house was cleaned and we spoke with her to confirm the 250, she came back and said that she had quoted us between $300-$350. Not only was it a bait and switch on her part, but she continued to argue us down via text messaging after the job was complete.
Apparently she has never heard the well-known phrase in business "the customer is always right". We did agree to pay an additional $50 after the original agreed-upon feet of $250 had already been submitted via Venmo. We told her that the only reason we were agreeing to send the extra $50 was because we felt like the girls who did the work deserved it.
We had also tipped them each $20. We really just felt like she was unprofessional from the very start all the way through the bait and switch after the work had already been completed. I wouldn't normally leave a negative review unless I felt like someone really and truly deserved it. along with my time and energy to write it. I suggested to her, and I would also suggest to anyone who uses this cleaning service, to be sure to ask for a written estimate once she gives you the verbal quote. This is something that should have already been a practice of this business. I should not have to tell her that it is customary in any business.

I am a mother of two and every other weekend I have my daughters friend. Trying to find time to clean and keep it that way is always a hassle and tends to be quite exhausting when I do find the time. Having a reliable company like Sanalu allows me to have my house clean making keeping up with it that much easier. It's also nice to find a company you can trust to be in your home and around your family. I've used Sanalu a few times now and will continue to do so. I recommend them to all my other mom friends too!
