Services
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. Using family and pet safe cleaning solutions we begin tackling the spots and soils in the carpet.
Choosing a carpet cleaner can be daunting, regardless of where you live in the greater Seattle area. Complete Carpet Care has been making carpets beautiful in Seattle and on the Eastside for over 24 years. In that time, we've learned that carpet cleaning is the subject of much confusion. In fact, people have so many misconceptions about carpet cleaning that we decided to offer this consumer education message.
A: Keep pets, children and regular traffic off of the carpet for a period of 6 hours. The homeowner may use the carpet lightly immediately after cleaning by wearing white socks or booties. Wait 24 hours before removing Styrofoam blocks and foil tabs that are put in place to protect the furniture and carpet.
Use clean white terry cloth towels and blot the stain to absorb as much liquid or scrape up as much solid material as you can. Apply a small amount of the appropriate "spot remover" to the towel. Use your Complete Carpet Care "Home Spotter"if you're a client, otherwise a good low-sudsing spotter is recommended.

I used CCC for general carpet cleaning with no pets to ensure that we get our deposit back after a one year lease term. Here is what I did not like: I am not a professional carpet cleaner, so in my mind I was expecting a van with a hose and water and a vast array of toxic chemicals. After reading the explanation on other reviews, I realized that I like the Earth and I enjoy not poisoning the ocean.
I did not like that I was told the technician would be a man named Jon, but a different person showed up, and was about 10 minutes late. I can extend grace for that, as we are all doing the best we can. I let Kepley in, let him know I would leave him alone to do the treatment and to send me a text when he is done so I can come lock the door. He was very nice, stated he would be about 45 minutes, and approximately 50ish minutes later I did receive that very nice text letting me know I can lock the door.
I went in and inspected it (while trying not to leave footprints on the nicely done carpet) and it looks great. I have a before picture with just me vacuuming and then the after picture was after the treatment. I am overall satisfied. I emailed asking for a receipt to give to our landlord and Jon replied promptly with the invoice. The woman who answered the phone to book the appointment was very nice.
So I think my only complaint is that I was not aware of the advances in carpet cleaning and had a preconceived notion of what I was expecting. I appreciate everyone that I interacted with being kind and polite. First I was given a quote that was a bit higher, I asked for the price that I saw on the website for 3 rooms and the stairs and they were happy to honor the 3 room price (technically the area that looks like one room is two) and they did a nice job on the stairs that looked very worn from high traffic.
I was happy about: Someone actually showing up when booked in advance, being kind, doing what they say they will do, charging appropriately, and finished the job they were tasked to do. Overall very good experience. I don't feel like any of the nitpicky stuff like being a few minutes late warrants a star deduction, so they get 5 stars from me.

USELESS! AVOID! NO CLEANING! I find the guy rude and un-professional. His shoes were much dirtier than my carpet and he refused to remove it even after multiple requests citing safety concern. Funny. And just to be clear he was wearing same shoes outside on road and my driveway cleaning was in progress. I asked him to put shoe cover or use the one he doesn't use to walk outside.
He refused. Now if I look back, I should have refused his entry to my home. Second, he took less than 30 minutes to clean 5 rooms and staircase (in and out). There was no actual cleaning. He just moved his machine here and there - did not even cover difficult area on carpet (like corners). Did not even bend to clean from corners. That too after I removed all the furniture from the room.
When I pointed out he said - I cleaned what I could. Not sure how these guys are still in business. Most unprofessional, fake business I engaged with. My home cleaner - Hoover machine does much better job. This carpet cleaning was completely useless and waste of time. Not calling to work with them ever. update (5/23/2022) - owner replied they use dirty shoes for safety reason and always work backward.
Funny because what if I just opt to clean few rooms (and not entire house). Also it is usual practice to keep extra pair of shoes for internal use in this case. How you let someone step into your home with with dirty shoes on?

I was expecting a van to arrive and was surprised a car pulled up. He came in with a pump sprayer and a small cleaner that resembled a stick vacuum. He used the word sanitized not cleaned. 45 minutes and $ 260 later he was finished. I waited a few hours for them to dry and inspect. They very well might be sanitized but they do not look clean. Reply to response Everything you said may be true but the issue is my carpet doesn't look much cleaner then before. Not impressed with your method.

Carpet appears clean and fresh. There was little moisture in the carpet which was great. I was however displeased with the price. It started out at $120, great price! But then expected a tip of 15-20 %, $10 to spray a spot, each spot! And $70 per room for pet treatment. See what I'm getting at here? One of those businesses that nickel and dime you. I say pay your help and set prices so people don't feel they've been conned.

Jon is amazing. They are very responsive, professional and always on time. I always call them for my carpet cleaning. They did a great job in clearing up pet stains in my carpet. I was initially worried it wouldnt go away. But it was completely gone. Great Job! Would definitely recommend them for all your carpet and other cleaning services.

I don't think there was a difference between before and after except my carpets looked vacuumed. The person who came to clean was very nice and in general when I booked they were very responsive and polite, but you can't see the difference. And I don't think there was a problem with the guy's expertise, I just don't think this service was what I wanted/ needed for my carpets.

Remy was wonderful. He was punctual, and polite. The service was thorough and quick. My carpets were not new when I moved in 10 years-ago, and I had only ever cleaned them with a rug doctor. I left during the service that only took an hr for a small 5 room house. When I came home I was floored at how many stains were removed and how clean it looked and felt. I will definitely be using their service again and again. Highly recommend!

WARNING: Complete Carpet Care does not remove dirt from your carpet. They do use an "oxygen powered" solution that reduces dirt visibility and a carpet "power brush" to break up and spread the dirt. They say they don't "suck it out". The dirt remains, it is not extracted. Light carpets will be a shade darker and duller. Facts: On September 14th 2021 Charlie arrived as scheduled.
He estimated it would take two hours to clean four rooms and a hallway, plus about two hours to dry. I had prepaid cleaning the rooms and hall, and later requested cleaning the stairs, which would be paid upon completion. He used a simple hand carried 2.5 gallon spray bottle to apply the oxygen solution. The "power brush" did not have a collection tank for the dirty solution.
He finished in less than one hour. I asked Charlie where the dirt went. He seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. He had "cleaned" only the top of each step, and not the face. Charlie asked for $79 for the stairs. I asked him to complete cleaning the stairs. He said the carpet cleaner couldn't clean the face of the stairs and again asked for $79.
I said he'd have to complete cleaning the stairs. He got very angry, insulted me with vulgar language and left. About 10 minutes later Jonathan, the owner, called. He said his technician reported that I was rude to him. I asked him for a full explanation of what Charley told him. Jonathan said that's all he knew. I asked him to find out the full story and call me back.
The carpets were mostly dry in about three hours. I used my Bissel carpet cleaner on a 200 square foot area. The cleaning water it picked up was very dark (see photo). Stairs are usually dirtiest in the center traffic area, and not very dirty along the wall. The "power brush" spread the dirt except along the wall were it couldn't reach. That 2 inch untouched border area was noticeably cleaner (see photo). Jonathan never called me back.
I called CCC three days later and left a message asking Jonathan to call me back. After four more days and no call back, I emailed Jonathan. No response. Complete Carpet Care advertises "We stand behind our work and offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed". I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. CCC did not respond. If you're moving and don't want to lose a deposit because your carpets look stained, consider CCC. If you don't want to live with dirt in your carpets, find a cleaner that extracts the dirt.

Jonathan was on time and he quickly went to work. For a 3 br rambler, about 900 sq ft, he was done in about 35 mins. There was also a stain that he was able to get it out without any issue. After no shows for carpet cleaning for two other companies, Jonathan was a refreshing change. I highly recommend. Service: Clean carpet

I am very disappointed and frustrated. Another Groupon story. The customer service is terrible. I called to confirm my appointment one day prior, and they scrambled for several minutes to find it. I asked for additional cleaning (stairs and sofa). I agreed to pay the non-Groupon price for the extras, since they allow NO substitutions. The next day they failed to show up for the appointment.
I waited almost an hour before contacting them. A different person answered and had an equally hard time finding my name and what he "thought" my appointment time was. He offered to look into it. A third person returned my call an hour later to say I had to reschedule. In going over my information, he had had me down for yet another incorrect time for my original appointment.
What goes on there?! They didn't offer me a discount or a courtesy cleaning of one of the non Groupon pieces, which I think should be forthcoming when they inconvenience the customer as they did. I usually let these kind of things go, but their disorganization and lack of courtesy need to be known.

I think this business is misleading it's customers who know nothing about carpet cleaning. They are not deep cleaning your carpet, but only using a method called " Bonnet" cleaning, where they are not removing the dirty, but hiding it deep in your carpet and only cleaning the top layer of your carpet. I used this company unknowingly realizing after they showed up with this little silver machine with brushes that they were using this method, which is only a quick fix to maintain a carpet appearance, but the dirty remains deep in the carpet and only appears clean.
My poof is when the guy shows up with his little machine, ask him where all that dirty goes? Because there is no pickup tank as there is on a steam cleaning unit or a truck mount using a wand and hose. My carpet started looking dirty again within 1 week and was hard a a rock when it dried. ( because the dirty was still there ) I worked for Largest Janitorial company in the United States for 10 years, a major Hospital in Seattle and currently the housekeeper manager for major City.
I have over 40+years experience in hard surface floor maintenance and Carpet cleaning. If you are easily please, go ahead and use this method, but if you truly want your carpets deep cleaned, use a company that uses an extraction method and not one that just moves the dirty around where you can't see it temporarily. This is total deception and you will be calling another company within two weeks to come do it again, but if you want to listen to the spiel about how well their method works. your call.

They did a good cleaning job. This review is about lack of clarity in their description. I bought a groupon coupon says it covers cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing. I had opted for pet treatment on top of this for which I had to pay out of pocket. When the technician (Johnathon) arrived I spoke about never having a pet and not going to have a pet in near future.
He said it is not necessary then. He offered to substitute with deodorizing. At that moment I didn't realize that the coupon mentioned it covers deodorizing. After I paid 170$ for the pet treatment costs I checked the coupon and reached out to the customer care to get a refund of the pet treatment costs since the substitute deodorizing was already covered in the coupon. Johnathon responded the deodorization covered in groupon is basic and he did a special deodorization.
I don't understand the difference between special and basic deodorization. I wouldn't have paid extra 170$ for a special deodorization. But Johnathon got back to me apologizing for the confusion and offering a refund of the excess amount I paid. I would like to mention that the deodorization mentioned in their groupon coupon is not equivalent to purchasing deodorizing service on their website from my experience.

I am not one to leave nasty reviews as I don't believe most people have the awareness to write them in an unbiased manner however, I will leave this for the discretion of others to proceed with caution. I scheduled this cleaning, and I was not prompted in any conversations prior to my day of cleaning to have a mask on, or be wearing one when I came to the door.
The gentleman who showed up said to me, instead of asking me to put on one, said "I'll wait for you to put a mask on." This catching me off guard as someone with a severe lung disease and having been advised by my epidemiologist at the University of WA, to not wear one (I have lung infections that will become exaggerated to the point of hospitalization.) I tell this man of my situation, yet again caught off guard because no one said anything prior to this.
He tells me he won't clean unless I have one. Being without a mask, I tell him I'm unable to and ask for the managers number. He proceeds to step towards me and hand me his business card. After just telling me he won't come in unless I have a mask on? I said "why would you do that, if I'm not wearing a mask and you have that concern?" Science says stay 6 feet away, as I'm not wearing a mask.
The manager denied to speak to me on the matter, and so this is all just unprofessional at this point. Not informing customers to have and be wearing a mask for service, and then having someone make it about them and their home, when we're all just trying to get through this. The company should have informed me to have a mask, or protective covering as to not be caught off guard.
This was completely unavoidable, and didn't have to happen the way it did, yet I'm being told I will not be receiving the services I paid for, and basically made out to be the bad guy. Not customer oriented whatsoever, and very sad to have been treated with such disrespect, and then the company on a high horse, why?

There was a snafu on the date and we had to wait 3 days but that's no big deal. The problem is with the cleaning technique! If you just spray water or cleaner then agitate it with a couple of rollers but don't suction anything up what good does it do? You just knock the dirt down. the carpet is barely wet. The tech was here between 25 and 30 minutes.
I take longer to clean my kitchen floors. I've had the same carpets cleaned with a truly professional outfit and the carpet was damp for a full 24 hrs. This time it will be dry in 2 to 3 hours. Don't waste your time, hire a real company. And, don't call their phone number because you'll get a recording that tells you not to call but use their email. OK, then don't have a phone number! I would NEVER recommend this company!

Technician showed up in a compact car, not a truck mounted deep cleaning service as represented on their website. I was shocked and really disappointed as I had spent several hours preparing for the job. He then proceeded to over estimate the size of my area rug asking $120 for that job when website estimated around $60. Very unhappy and urge not to use this service, its a joke. Ad shows a van, but they haul their equipment around in a compact car truck and then overcharge what thew website estimates when scheduling the order.

John arrived on time in his Prius and I immediately questioned how good of cleaning this might be, but I was converted by the quality of the carpet cleaning. We did a walk through the house to identify the six areas we were to have cleaned and I mentioned that there would be two additional areas that needed cleaning. After we went thru, John said that he wanted to go through the rooms one more time because he saw several stains.
He gave me an estimate for the two additional areas and the stain removal. After my okay, He went to work. He exceeded my expectations for cleaning all the carpets. My wife remarked it was the best job of carpet cleaning that had ever been done in our house and was super happy. We will be using this service again.

This is the e-mail message I sent to the owner: "I just wanted to let you know that our carpet "cleaning" service was not beneficial. Our carpets have an awful sticky, crusty residue. My husband got out our residential grade Rug Doctor to try to rinse the carpets. Using water only, he has gone over just the living room carpet two times. There is so much dirt coming up!
We don't wear our shoes in the house and always maintain our carpet. We also have a premium carpet pad that is backed In plastic. All of the dirt is coming directly from the carpet fibers. I read so many positive reviews about your service. I feel like the service we had made our carpets worse than when he started. I can't believe how much residue was left.
I expected much more than a squirt bottle and a small machine." I thought I would be nice and give him a chance to respond or apologize. Unfortunately he did not even respond, it's been 8 days! This business lacks customer service! I left messages and sent several e-mails with questions while trying to schedule. I finally found out they do not even offer weekend appointments!
I had two small, new stains on my carpet that came back a couple of days after this service. This "environmentally friendly" service using small amounts of water and a squirt bottle is awful! If you want your carpets cleaned, not left feeling grimy, crand have a sticky residue, then you should not use this service! Just the fact that the owner did not even respond shows he doesn't care about customer satisfaction!

Jon showed up in a small Prius and I asked where the van in the ad was. He said they had one but don't use it anymore and that the machine was in that tiny little car. Ok, fine, but when we went in to show the rooms, he said one room is bigger than their limit and wanted to either charge me another room or delete on of the six I had already paid for with Groupon.
The bigger room was over by just a few square feet, since I asked him to measure it. He said he would since "I didn't believe him" in a very deadpan way. No need to retort like that! It's unprofessional. It is half full of furniture so he would only have cleaned around 132 square feet, well under their cleaning size limit. He wouldn't budge and I felt like he does this a lot with other customers.
I asked him to consider the small amount of carpet that he would be cleaning, and he again repeated to pay for an extra room or delete one. So I said that if he wasn't going to consider the small amount of work, that I would not accept paying more or deleting a room. I paid for six small rooms and that's what I expected for the price. He left without doing the work.
I do not recommend someone who works out of a very small car (how good of a machine can it be), and who doesn't adjust his work considering small sizes of carpeting. After reading most of these reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. Pay more, but go with a bigger company!

Don't be fooled. This groupon deal is not a deep steam cleaning service. He starts by spraying a liquid on the carpet then uses his surface cleaner that works like a vacuum cleaner. Everyone knows the dirt in carpet falls below the pile. his cleaner just cleans the surface. He tried to convince me he doesn't do deep steam cleaning anymore and the machine he uses now is better because it dries in 1-2 hours.
Of course it dries faster, it's not deep steam cleaning. He finishes 3 rooms in less than an hour. He charged me $40 to clean a 5 x 8 rug and after it dried, it still looked worn and brown in some areas. Not satisfied and wish he was just honest with me. I used him before this Groupon deal, when he steam cleaned my carpets, and was satisfied, but I will never use him again.

Would give 0 starts if that was an option. Property Manager hired this company to clean our condo hallway carpets couple of weeks ago. The property manager met with the tech on site and showed him around and left. I had some furniture delivered on Tuesday which resulted in small pieces of styrofoam being left on the carpet. This company cleaned the carpets on Thursday.
Guess what was still there on Friday? Yes, the styrofoam. It just has been a mess trying to resolve this issue with the owner. He is willing to have his tech come out and "touch up". Here is his response to me "Our technician cleaned all the carpets on all floors Dec. 7th. I understand there is a perception that the carpets weren't cleaned. I can have him come back this Friday to touch up any areas of concern." It is not a perception, it is a fact.
We even submitted a photo which is stamped with the date and time. Of course the owners response was that someone did this after the cleaning. Now I am a liar. What a shaddy business. UPDATE on 12/27: they cleaned all the floors today.

Bought a 3-room special on Groupon. Jon scheduled me for about a week later. The day before, he called and rescheduled me for the next week at 1:00pm. About 30 minutes to 1:00pm he called and said it would be closer to 2:30pm. Jon showed up and quickly did our 3 small bedrooms. (He was done in about 30 minutes) One of the three rooms was much worse than the other 2.
I feel he could have spent a little more time on the areas in the picture. When he was done he simply said so and took my Groupon. No inspection with him or any info on drying time. Overall, it was just an ok experience. Scheduling and punctuality could've been better. I feel I got a great deal on Groupon but that Jon's work matched the reduced fee he was getting.
