Aurora Edmonds Furnace Cleaning

It is so rare to find no nonsense, experienced and sincere knowledgeable workmanship these days. After calling many places, who have not heard of, let alone be able to fix, a floor unit furnace, Jeff not only knew the name of these types of units, but was able to detect and assess to find the problem. He researched and found a reasonable unit that would suite the building and did so in a timely manner and a very caring old fashion communal service.

I was able to leave the problem in their hand, because the trust was established right away that they know what they are talking about and how to resolve it. They take the worry and nonsense time consumption out of the equation. They are now my only to go to for any fireplace, furnace needs. I did not have to worry about second guessing their knowledge or service, nor their service people.

Great job at getting all out ducts cleaned. We purchased a flip and the contractors left a lot of stuff in the ducts- chunks of wood, water bottles, nails. I felt better knowing it was all cleaned out.

This is the second time I've used AEF to put in sheet metal ducting for my dryer and they did another terrific job, very neat and efficient. And vacuumed the duct as well. I didn't know they also clean carpets, so Isaac gave me an estimate and I'll have them come back in the spring. I wish more tradespeople were as nice to work with and did such a good job.

We've never lived in a house with a furnace before and this 1948 house hasn't really been taken care of, so we called AEF (on a recommendation of our contractor). They cleaned the whole system, determined which electrical parts have failed and came back with a solid fix and finished within a few hours. They were professional, cleaned up whatever mess they made (although it didn't seem like they made any mess) and were so great at explaining everything they did and showing me how to properly take care of the furnace. I will continue to use them for all future needs!

They came out a few weeks ago to clean my furnace because it hadn't been working for awhile. They did a great job, were very nice and cleaned up well after. And now my furnace works, yeah!

Aurora Edmonds and one other company came recommended by our HVAC company. The other company was closer to our area so we started with them. When company number one showed up they refused to do the work because there mice droppings in the crawl space under the house. We then promptly called Auroa Edmonds, they were able to get our job in quickly, were friendly, did a great job, and it cost less than the first company. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Scott came over, told us what the issue was, said he will come back because it's a 2 ppl job that will take 4 hours. They were done in 2 hours! I'm incredibly happy with them! I was about to just give up on getting this fixed because I had called so many ppl, hired another company that didn't finish the job. I literally thought this was mission impossible!

Guess what?! They did it in 2 hours! That's half the time they quoted! Just super nice guys! I'm very happy with them. I can't remember the company that referred me to them, but one of the companies I called said they have been working with these guys for 20+ years! No one works with a company for that long unless they're amazing and HONEST.

Simply put, my furnace worked before AEF showed up to do a job and my furnace has not worked since. How did AEF choose to handle the situation? They passed the buck to the company that performed the most recent maintenance on the furnace. So I spent over $400 to clean a furnace that no longer runs. Yet another company in Washington that only makes things worse after you hire them to do a job. I would never trust this company to touch my property again.

Lane and Lawana did a great job cleaning out the ducts and vents. Both of them were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They even added an access panel to the new furnace so it will be easier to clean next time. They got in, got the job done and I am relieved to be breathing cleaner air. The people I spoke with on the phone were great and they called to confirm the appointment the day before and gave me warning the day of so I could put my dog in a crate. The service technicians were beyond nice. Sadly, the system I have at my house isn't something they service, but they told me exactly what I needed to say to get the right person to help me.

26 years of business and working with them they are great! They have come out to take care of our customers at the last minute, very reputable, and do an amazing job! I would refer anyone to them!

Had a great job done by Aurora Edmonds on my duct work last week. They took extra time to cut an access panel in above the AC coil to do the job correctly and appreciate the extra time and quality work. Will have them out again next time we have this done! Happy in Fairwood!

I needed a very thorough duct cleaning, as I am remediating a mold/mycotoxin condition in my house. Aurora-Edmonds was recommended to me by the company installing an A/C system to help me with humidity issues. My technician listened to my concerns and I felt assured that he understood my particular situation. He was great, extremely professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

While cleaning my house to ready it for sale, I dropped something into an open vent, and it fell deep into the fan of my furnace--what luck! I could hear it clicking against the fan. James, the service person who came out, was incredible. Knowledgeable, thorough, polite. He fished it out, which involved removing the fan and tipping it upside down. Then for $65 more ($287 was the base rate which include solving my little problem). I had all the ducts cleaned in my house. Could not be more pleased.

We bought a house with airways, intake and vents that have never been cleaned. Aurora-Edmonds came out and cleaned them too to bottom. These guys are professional, polite, and super thorough. They're clean (cleaning up after themselves as they go- you'd never know they were removing dust bunnies as big as dogs from your air ducts!) Prices are super reasonable and they don't up-sell or surprise you. Oh, and my house smells cleaner and gets warm faster- I bet we'll see a lower power bill! Get this done- you won't regret it!

I had Aurora come out to clean are furnace ducts, they came out on time. Two very pleasant young men.explained everything he was doing.gave good advice for future times.it was a hole lot faster, and a lot less noise then I was expecting. We will not be going any where else. Because I can't imagine anyone being as pleasant and thorough as Aurora is, and the people they higher.thank you Aurora for a good experience. Mike and his guy did an awesome and thorough job. I added the dryer duct cleaning and Mike was able to find an issue in the crawl space I was unaware of. He was able to remedy the issue in order to clean the duct. This is my 2nd place I've gotten service from them. Great local company!

My business just worked with Aurora Edmonds Furnace Cleaning, and they were fantastic! They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and CLEAN! I own a women's clothing store, and I was concerned about dust, debris, etc., and they did an amazing job keeping everything clean and out of the way, so we could still keep our operating hours while they were working. No thanks. Aurora called on 8:32 the morning they were scheduled to tell me that if I didn't call back the appointment would be skipped. I had been in the middle of my morning routine and preparing for them to show up, quite literally pulling my car our of the garage in preparation for them to work with the furnace. I called back and left a message not more than 5 minutes later leaving my name and telephone number.

I called back again 30 minutes later to find that my job had been skipped. The woman on the other end said that it was because I didn't respond to the message on the Friday prior - which I've transcribed: "Hi. This message is for (my name). This is (her name) at Aurora Edmonds Furnace Cleaning. We have an appointment for Monday morning to clean the furnace and vents for you.

We will give you a call when we're on our way. If there's a problem with this appointment give us a call back at 425-228-0877" I don't think it's fair that my job was skipped. Their offer to come out later today puts me out of a day of work, the morning which is being cut short by staying home for their missed appointment - the afternoon, which would be cut out by their late visit. Usually, when an appointment is scheduled by a business they show up after a courtesy call. Aurora apparently gives an ultimatum and then doesn't show up. Is this really how you want to treat your customers?

You called me to tell me if I didn't call you back, I was being skipped. I called you back and you said you'd come out 6 hours later? It sounds like you double booked your work and you were quite glad to have a reason to pass over my house.
