We have used Nicole's TLC since we moved into our house 3 years. We picked them over everyone else because they were competitive on price and super responsive! The entire team has been great to work with, flexible and very professional. Stacee is our favorite, she has been cleaning our house for the last year. She always does an awesome job and is very detailed. I cant say enough good things about her and the rest of the folks at Nicole's. I would recommend them to friends and family in an instant.

We started using Nicole's TLC Cleaning foe monthly service in January 2020 and were amazed at the impeccable job they did on the first clean. My partner, who had never had house cleaners before, was convinced to continue the service after the first time! The price for the job is very good, and I've used a lot of services around the US in my life. I really appreciate that they use green/all natural cleaning products AND they will tailor the products they have to suit our needs (I am allergic to one of the products, so they immediately started using another).
I also am very impressed that each cleaner who comes must have extensive notes on what and how to clean things based on feedback we've given (such as knowing we have an upstairs and downstairs vacuum), even though it might be a different person each time. I would recommend Nicole's to anyone in the area and plan to use them for some additional jobs, if they're available.

We recently moved into our home and used Nicole's TLC Cleaning for a deep clean. They did an amazing job and we were able to move into our home feeling like it was brand new. The refrigerator looked brand new, as did all the appliances because of how well they were cleaned. Nicole also called me to let me know that some of the walls were being cleaned though the marks were not such that they would come off.
She wanted to make sure that I was aware that they were cleaned despite the marks still being there. Janet then came out to our home when we expressed desire in a monthly clean. She was professional, efficient and understanding as our home was a bit chaotic that day. I was sent an estimate for cleaning within 24 hours and someone contacted me about scheduling within 72 hours of that initial contact.
We just had our first cleaning completed today and Ally did a fabulous job. She was on time, hard working, polite, SMILING, and left our home clean and smelling wonderfully. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Today I had my first house cleaning using Nicole's TLC Cleaning. I was very happy with their hard work to make my home sparkling clean. They did a great job cleaning the main floor and basement of my home. Ali and Janet were very courteous and went right to work. They were very detailed making sure all the rooms received the attention needed. I look forward to working with them in the future.
