I booked this company far in advance. We had a 1030 appointment. I told them I was in a meeting until 1030. They arrived at 10:26 and left for another job at 1030. I was home in my driveway at 1034. I called immediately and they didn't answer. I texted and they did not respond in any way to make this right and when she finally answered she told me to google another company and that I was difficult. I planned my entire day around this 3-4 hour job. A 5 minute courtesy is not asking much. Rude and unaccommodating.
