I wish I would've found this place when I scowered Facebook for a one of a kind rug! Amazing selection of rugs to buy! But obviously, you can't beat the specialized, affordable rug cleaning! I'd trust very few places with cleaning a traditional oriental rug, and this place is it. The owner is SO knowledgable and amazing.

The wonderful crew at Keljik's know everything about rugs and are friendly and efficient to boot. They have cleaned rugs for me, cut pads for my rugs, advised me on the care of my rugs, and advised me on what to look for when purchasing a rug. I have great faith in them.

We have a 9' x 9' square oriental in our dining room that's been there for years. It looked tired and faded and ready for a replacement. We decided to give it to a college kid or a family with lots of kids and dogs, but thought we should at least get it cleaned first. It went to Keljik's, where we have done all of our carpet business for years. When we got it back it looked like a new carpet, the color and vibrancy restored. It's back in our dining room. The college kid can have a Home Depot gift card.

Bought a very expensive rug and my dog peed on it week 1. Had paid for a service plan that included at home rug cleaning for stains. Unfortunately with covid I got sent a kit instead and it ruined the rug(or so I thought). The company then sent 2 companies to try to clean it with no luck. I was recommended Keljik so brought it there myself and they were able to fix the discoloration of the rug. I honestly thought there was zero chance of fixing it. Extremely worth bringing your rugs to them.

Omg. What can I say! Keljik is the best, most reasonable, professional rug laundry. I have a house in Vegas and bring my carpets/rugs back here to clean. These guys are amazing and take a personal approach to each customer and their rugs. They offer many services that address specific concerns, be they ground in dirt or pets. Please don't hesitate to try them they are the best and will treat you the best.

I have been in contact with Jim regarding the cleaning of the large Persian rug I keep in my living room that smells of pet odor. He has gone above and beyond to help me get my rug back into tip top smelling shape. I would highly recommend Keljik's rugs, especially for their wonderful customer service and efficient work. This is a great business. Nice, professional, friendly. I had them refringe and clean a rug. They have a number of awesome rugs in the showroom. They are reliable and always carry the rug out to the care.

I could have written this review 20 years ago, but late is better than never: Keljik Oriental Rugs is most definitely the best and smartest seller of authentic oriental carpets between the coasts. Their selection is phenomenal, their knowledge unparalleled, and their prices more than fair. Mark Keljik, Jim Grenander and crew are professional, dependable, good-hearted and 100 percent honest. They're wonderful in guiding visitors to the shop to just the right rug (over the years, they've guided me to half a dozen) and you can't help but learn something along the way. They're also experts at cleaning and restoring carpets. As Chad said, there's a reason they've been around for more than a century. I wouldn't think of buying a rug -- or having one cleaned -- anywhere else.

I took the afternoon off today to have them pick up a rug that I had scheduled for pick up. No one came and when I called to ask they told me they had my name and address but no pick up time. --and no one could get out here despite being 10 blocks away. Won't be using them.

Keljik's has cleaned two rugs for me, including my grandmother's oriental rug bought in the 1950's. The service is awesome, they came out out to the car to drag the big heavy rug in and are quickly cleaning a rug that will go in our new home.

On a hunt for an authentic, ethnic, beautiful rug as a new piece of art, I was referred to Keljiks by my aunt. She informed me it was a nice neighborhood place with quality service. That it was. After looking through stacks and stacks of various rugs from around the Middle East, I found a colorful Yalameh from Iran that I thought could be it. The owner let me take it home for a few days to try it out and see how I liked it in the house.

They helped me look within my budget and educated me on the history of the rug. Also, they walked me through proper care and even wrote down a home cleaning solution. The owner also assured me they directly support fair trade practices. It was clear beautiful rugs is his passion and they do good business. I liked supporting such a good Minneapolis old family business.
