Sooner Carpet Cleaning

I started to clean the intake for the ducts in the home I just moved into. Horrified, I called Sooner. These gentlemen earn every penny. Yikes. It took them 4 hours. The difference in the air quality is noticeable. I would absolutely use them again.

This business has tanked! They came in pulled my carpet back and brought in huge " air dehumidifiers ". He said he didn't have fans. I told him I did. The noise from the machine was intolerable and it wasn't working well anyway. He said it might take 4-5 days to dry the carpet. The carpet was not that wet. So I moved the demudifyier and put down fans. It was dry the next day! They never returned to replace the carpet pad etc. they won't even answer my calls. I won't ever use Sooner Carpet again. Lousy company.

Sooner Carpet Cleaning always does a great job and everyone is friendly from the one who answers the phone to the guys who come out to the house. We had our carpet and sofa cleaned last week. John was who came and he was very nice and professional and did a great job.

Always have a very positive experience when using Sooner Carpet. I used them for years for my carpet cleaning and then I had a water leak which flooded the kitchen. Jacob and crew did a great job on the water restoration project as well. Great people to work with!

Sooner Carpet is Great! Awhile back My Mothers house flooded, due to plumbing issues and there was standing water through out her house, I called Sooner Carpet and explained what was going on, and within an hour Jacob and Allen arrived to save the day! They came out and immediately got to work on drying the floors, and Jacob and Allen even managed to calm my high strung and super difficult Mother.

That job alone had to have been a process, but they did the job and did it well. Over the next 2-4days Sooner carpet took care of everything for my Mother, and installed new floors, Jim took care of all the arrangements with the insurance company and the plumber. The guys, Jacob, Allen and Jim at Sooner Carpet deserve A+'s for excellent service, expedited clean up and restoration. It is a job very well done! Thanks Sooner carpet Guys!

This is my second time using Sooner Carpet Cleaning. They are fast, professional and you can't beat the price. Braden was on time to an appointment I'd scheduled the day before and got my carpets cleaned in a little over an hour. This is the place I recommend to anyone needing carpets cleaned.
