We hired this company to clean builder-grade carpet that was already in halfway decent shape, but they left a mildew-laden home after moving-in we almost gagged. One of the employees broke our spigot after leaving, and no response from the owner. every call and email thereafter was ignored. Crew arrived 1.5 hours late on the date of our move. Do not, i repeat, do not be so credulous as to think this company receives nothing but great reviews. Worst mistake we've made in a long time. Litigation will follow and restitution will be paid, rest assured. Horrible business and an even worse owner. don't take the time to write reviews, but this demanded a response to the public. response-we left you 4 separate voicemails with no response. no apologies or remediation of any kind were made. we hate it when companies do a lousy job, but we have zero tolerance for pathological liars. reported to the bbb. you should be ashamed of yourself, joe. the most unprofessional experience my family had ever come across.

OUR NEW GO-TO FOR CARPET CLEANING NEEDS 1. Joe responded promptly on a Saturday afternoon for a Monday appointment. I could not get an answer from other companies on such short notice. 2. The crew showed up on time and were done in no time! They were pleasant and wore masks as requested. 3. MY CARPETS ARE ACTUALLY SOFT AND CLEAN. We've used Stanley Steamers annually and never fully satisfied.

I could see the difference as they cleaned. No comparison l. Spots others missed, Joe's Carpet caught. 4. Also hired for couch and mattress cleaning. Just purchased a home in the Edmond area 3 weeks ago. The sellers of the home agreed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. They went with this company for that service @ $180.00. I'm not sure if the day services needed that there was a lack of "attention to details" or services even being rendered. At the time of moving in the carpet really didn't look like anything had been done but trying to give the benefit of the doubt I continued to inspect the rest of the house.

Since I was not involved in the initial process of having the carpets cleaned I assumed that the job had been done.until I decided to purchase a vacuum cleaner (since I'm still waiting on my HHG goods) to arrive I vacuumed all the carpeted rooms. Let's just say I was completely shocked to see how much debris, lint/fuzz and dog hairs I collected in my little $80 vacuum and that was just one room in the house.not to mentioned that I've been finding little nails all throughout the house where we have been sleeping on air mattresses; the closet areas, hallways and living room.

These nails are not just located along the base boards but in the center of all the rooms. As much dirt, debris and pet hairs that I've collected by vacuum I cannot believe that this company cleaned, steam and shampooed this house. The previous owners moved out well before 22 of Jan. Why does the house have sooo much dog hair and debris if it was cleaned?

I ask this question to the owner and the response i received was how expensive his equipment was. and how he remembered being paid the $180.00 but couldn't explain the process that the cleaners use when servicing a reaidential house. He stated that he "doesn't know what they did on that day but his equipment cost about $80,000. That's all well and good that he purchased a high quality equipment.it's just sad that that same equipment wasn't used in the cleaning of this house that I will have to have cleaned before my hhg goods arrive.

I have no problems with supporting a business as long as the quality and accountability of the work is 100%. I don't believe that the quality or the representation by the owner made me believe that they 100% stand by their work if the work was even done. So for that I will not utilize their services ever nor recommend this company to anyone that I know looking to for carpet cleaning services.

Will use them again! They were able to get out strong dog urine stains/smells from my carpet (after a month of me trying myself). Apartment smells back to normal. When I called; Joe answered immediately and was able to get me taken care of within 48 hours even accommodating my late work schedule. When the duo showed up they were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend to any pet owners who are still in the housebreaking phase.

I have only ever used Joe's for carpet cleaning and that is what I'll speak to here. I have had them clean carpets in my home several times. I have a dog, cat, and two children who can be pretty rough on the carpets. I have had my scares of carpet being permanently damaged by the stains my family have caused. Each time Joe's has been able to schedule quickly, arrive on time, work quickly, and are incredibly courteous.

Each time they have been able to lift the stains and the pet odor without hassle. Their pricing is very fair and I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. I will be having them clean my rent house next after two very good jobs completed on my personal home. Plus, you get the added benefit of helping a small locally owned business.

We have a cat that keeps shutting herself in a room and then digging the carpet to get out. They have come out multiple times to patch our carpet as well as clean our carpet. They have been nothing but super helpful and done a great job each time. Would totally recommend them.

I have used Joe's to clean my carpets for a few years. The job is always thorough and done to perfection. The prices are very reasonable and fair. The techs have always been very friendly and professional. I will continue to use Joe for my carpets.

Poor service, unreliable and didn't tell the truth. Needed carpets cleaned and furniture moved due to my inability to do myself. Described specifically couch, beds on rollers, tables. They said sure, they could do all of that. NOT! Folks who showed up had no idea that I needed help moving things, took the day off and they called their boss while I beat it to the phone to try and salvage my day, Stanley Steamer saved the day! Would I recommend? No.run!

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! I would leave no stars if it were an option. Called for carpet cleaning. Took 3 appointments to get them to show up. They cleaned the carpet but left water in the utility room partially running without telling anyone there was a problem. End result was flooding of my condo and the unit downstairs. Workers promised to perform full repairs telling me it would take at least 3-4 trips to repair sheet rock correctly.

They showed up one time and threw some compound up there and spread it around. Once check was cashed, no one returned to finish the work. All phone messages went unreturned and all text messages unanswered. These guys are foreigners who speak very little English and are flat out crooks. DO NOT USE them for anything. They need to leave this country and go back to where they came from.

Worst possible moving experience. The moving "manager" was late, was rude to me and my wife, and refused to stop throwing things into the truck when requested. He then hassled us over and over again to solicit a tip, despite the fact that he had taken no care with our belongings. At our new house, we discovered that our desk had been ruined due to a unsecured metal frame falling on it.

A bookshelf was completely smashed and had to be thrown out after it collapsed under the weight of heavy boxes. Several other pieces had to be repaired or replaced. Many items in boxes marked as fragile were broken from being thrown or from heavier boxes being stacked on top of them. When I requested a partial refund or some sort of effort to make it right, I was cussed at, laughed at, and hung up on.

I have no idea if they can clean carpet, but they have no idea how to be professional or pretend to care about the condition of their customers' belongings. If you are thinking of using these guys for a move, I highly recommend that you find another moving service.

I'm really finicky when it comes to my carpet and since we have two inside dogs I'm always worried that we will get the pet smell & we suffer from allergies so I tend to have our carpets cleaned twice a year. The 1st time I used stanley steamer they didn't do the best job and in most places our carpet was making a crunching sound when you walk on it and it was so annoying so I contacted Joe.

Since having it done the crunchy sound has went away in most places & our carpets look, feel & smell the way they did when we installed them. I will be using them from now on!

I called last week to set up for a move on the 26th of August. I was told then that I would receive a phone call on the 25th confirming the appointment. I never got that phone call, I called around 4 that afternoon and left a message. Called back around 8:30 AM on the 26th, I was told by "Joe" that he'd have his moving manager call me. Never heard anything from them. Called back again and left another message.

Never called me back, and needless to say, the movers never showed up. Not showing up when someone is moving is a rotten thing to do, in my opinion. I have now had to push everything else a day behind in getting out of my current residence (carpet cleaning, maid service coming in to clean, etc.). I now have to take another day off of work to deal with all of this because of their carelessness.

From carpet cleaning and repair, tile and grout cleaning, cleaning of your upholstery, and even help with moving, Joe's is definitely the place to go! I was getting ready to sell my house and move and heard about Joe's Carpet Cleaning and Moving from a good friend who has used their services in the past. All I can say is that I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
