Hired for make-ready/move out clean on vacant apt. Lost my reservation, showed up 4 hours late, doubled their rate after arriving. Asked them to call so I could do walkthrough when done, they just left. Didn't vacuum, DID NOT CLEAN: A/C vents, door jamb/doors, light switches, breakfast bar, stovetop, stove vent/hood, washer/dryer, windows, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cobwebs, tops of high bathroom mirrors, kitchen cabinets, kitchen floor, baseboards behind doors, under rims of toilet bowls, and more.
Broke refrigerator shelf and threw away the part, we were lucky to find it and put it back on.
Left their trash and empty bottles of cleaning products, took/threw away my cleaning products. Asked them to come back & fix, they had excuses for everything and then left before fixing, eventually we were told we'd never be satisfied. Asked for $100 refund, Dawn offered $35, negotiated $50, 1 week later no refund. Worst experience ever with a cleaning service. Would not recommend to anyone.
