I have used Carpet Renovations since 2016 and have always been thoroughly satisfied. Paul Dixon and his team are punctual, professional, and know their business well. Several things sticks out in my mind, results wise, compared to other carpet cleaners or renting a machine and doing it myself. The carpets dry faster. They smell better immediately after cleaning and once dry.
It has been years since I checked, but I suspect they are not the absolute cheapest crew out there. Having gone with a cheaper option in the past, I'm more than happy to pay what they charge. The results are well worth the price in my judgment.

Was looking for but never expected to find someone to clean carpet for my sister's apartment by Dec 23, found these professional and courtesy individuals and got a date for Dec 22,. They were professional and timely. They did a great job on our sectional that had been put through it by the dogs and the kids. The dogs and kids are no longer allowed on it. Haha. They even defuzzed and scotchguarded it! Quick to respond through Google text and always accessible. I will definitely used them again.

Carpet Renovations did a fabulous job on our carpets! They repaired 8 places that had been torn up by a cat at our bedroom doorways and closets. They also shampooed every room in our home. Paul was very responsive, honest, and dependable. I was able to text pictures of our problem areas get a quote same day. He stayed in contact with me during the process while I was working and sent pictures of who I could expect at my home doing the repairs and work.

I hired this company to do my carpets which were in pretty bad shape, primarily very obvious old pets stains that had been there for a long while. We had an in person landlord inspection coming and we needed the carpets to be clean enough to make the landlords happy. This is a 20 year old heavily trafficked carpet with very heavy set in stains. I know its not always possible to get 100% stain removal on really tough old stains but I was impressed with the job they did.
I feel they did much better than expected and the landlords were good with the carpets. So for the $ spent, i think it was a fair price for the job they did. Im happy and would use them again and recommend them to others.

The Carpet Renovation team did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and tile. They even cleaned along the baseboards by hand! The entire crew was professional and courteous. They were efficient and really went the extra mile to ensure that the job was excellent! After cleaning out the air vents, they cleaned the vent covers and even cleaned out our dryer vent! We were very pleased with the finished product and look forward to using Carpet Renovations for all of our future floor-cleaning needs.

I found this co. On google at 1am Sunday mornjng, did an online quote and service request and they were here Monday for a repair, and Tuesday afternoon for the cleanings! On time, super professional, friendly, helpful and expert in the field of flooring. They did a carpet repair, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and it looks amazing!
