I had a great experience here. It is pricey but the people are nice and the clothes look great. They don't usually have coupons available. I don't need dry cleaning often, but if I should, I will go there.

Fox cleaned my daughter's wedding dressings. the wedding was out side and the dress were very dirty. I was amazed they cleaned them like new along with the vail. They had me come look at them before they preserved them in their wedding box.

My experience with Fox is consistently outstanding! It is so easy to use pickup and delivery and my clothes are always perfectly cleaned and packaged. I would never dryclean my clothes elsewhere. Service: Delivery

Quick, well-priced service. Easy drop and pickup. You should create an account online first to make your drop/pickup much easier. Recommended service. They also have home pick up and delivery.

I went into Fox Cleaners because of all of the good reviews but ended up wasting my time because they REQUIRE you to leave your credit card on file with them and that's just not something I'm going to do in 2022. I've never heard of this anywhere in the world I've been and used a dry cleaner. They should lead with that and have it on the website. It's very off-putting to new customers.

I have dry cleaning picked up and delivered which is a luxury for my busy schedule! Most importantly, the dry cleaning process does not have ANY smell at all as many dry cleaned items have from other providers. I am very happy with the service, the product, and the price point. Service: Delivery

We signed up to utilize wash and fold services via Fox Cleaners pickup/delivery service. This service is amazing! As a working mom of 4 getting ready to move I was feeling really overwhelmed and needed a way to take something off my plate. When I found this service I was so excited to give it a try and it has been so amazing! I just bag everything up and leave it on my porch, I get an email to confirm it was picked up, another to confirm when they return it a few days later, and I come home to stacks of folded and clean laundry.

We used this as a stand-alone service (paying by the pound) as well as their monthly family service and both were so quick and easy to set up using their app and through a few quick emails once we moved. I highly recommend!

I've used Fox Cleaners since I moved to Bixby in 2011. I started the first few years by dropping off and picking up but then they eventually offered a delivery service which I happily signed up for. They have been great all these years in delivering and picking up my clothes. Each delivery driver rep I've had has been great and very communicative.

From time to time I'll have a stain, missing button, etc and they try their best to fix any seen issue where possible. An item or two has either been damaged or lost over the years (bound to happen with 5-6 items per pickup with two pickups a week over 10 years) but they were great about crediting my account for the amount of the item lost or damaged. They have barcodes on all the clothes so they can easily track what you brought it, what was returned, etc. I highly recommend their services.

When I dropped off my top on February 12th the sweetest guy helped me. When I picked it up February 19th another very nice man helped HOWEVER the top was EXTREMELY wrinkled as if they did nothing to it at all. The employee there acknowledged that it looked very wrinkled to him and so did another customer who walked in right after me. The employee there a tall white man with short spiked dark hair offered to have it redone and to deliver it to me (I work Monday-Friday very late) I needed it done for a vacation this Wednesday.

He called a man who sounded Latino and that man said that he saw the top and he also acknowledged that it was still wrinkled. This man however said "well it was wrinkled when you brought it to us" what an ignorant statement. You guys are a dry cleaners the whole point of people bringing in their clothes is to get wrinkled clothes pressed and dirty clothes cleaned and so on.

Why would I bring a top to you guys to get pressed if it wasn't wrinkled? Ridiculous. Also he said that even though it didn't get pressed correctly them making an attempt was enough for me to be charged. I have NEVER heard of a company making you pay for a service they themselves admit to not completely. He said it couldn't be done any better.

I took it home and was able to get way more wrinkles out with my basic at home iron but your company couldn't get more out with an industrial grade press? I am definitely going to give bad reviews on yelp and every other social media platform if this is t made right. This was my first time ever taking clothing to a cleaners and I am disgusted with how I was treated by the man who was called by the guy at the counter. The photos below are AFTER I got it back from them. Clearly this is not even KINDA pressed. They refused to do it over or give me my money back

I just started a subscription with Fox Cleaners for wash and fold, the customer service was great, they were very accommodating, I dropped off the clothes for this first one because I needed it back sooner than my pick up days, but I am definitely looking forward to the complimentary pick up and drop off service! My clothes cam back neatly folded, wrapped and smelling fresh and clean.

But does not have a scented laundry detergent smell, which I really appreciate. I am very sensitive to smells and chemicals and the detergent they use is not bothering me. Highly recommend based on my experience thus far.

I can't be more pleased with Fox cleaners. We love utilizing the app for pickup and delivery, it's easy to use and they send me reminders when they will be in my area and ask if I have anything that needs to be picked up, and it's FREE! My husband wears suits everyday of the week and they do a beautiful job along with mending if needed. We have never been disappointed!

They offer the best dry cleaning and stain removal services! I stained my favorite jacket and thought it was ruined, but I was wrong! To my surprise and amazement Fox Cleaners was able to remove my stain! I absolutely love the ease and convenience of the FREE pick up and delivery.
