Back in December 2020 I was moving out of my apartment and needed to have the carpet cleaned to satisfy the requirement of the rental company. I called multiple companies for quotes. All of them came in around the same price. Barr's was the only one to offer a discount if rooms were empty and the carpet pre-vacuumed. It helped that I had the dimensions of all the rooms needing cleaned.
I ended up deciding to go with Barr's due to the owner's, who answers the phone, easy going demeanor on the phone. He really is a personable guy who I enjoyed talking to. Fast forward to the day of cleaning. The crew showed up on time and immediately began getting to work on cleaning the carpets. Both gentleman were nothing but the model of professionalism.
They were efficient and took the proper care with cleaning the carpets. They even removed some stains that were there when I moved in. The carpets looked excellent when they were finished. The quote that I received on the phone was exactly what I paid. Needless to say, if I require carpet or upholstery cleaned I would not hesitate calling Barr's again and have no qualms recommending them. With all the bad experiences I've had from service personal lately these guys were way above expectations.

Barr's has been "on the spot" for me for several years. On the phone and in my home, they are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. From whole-house carpet cleaning, to red wine on the sofa, to latte spilled on the carpet in my rental condo, then another latte on the brand new wool rug in my new home, over the years they continue to be responsive and do the job right.
They are very respectful of my home and property. Barr's is reasonably priced, they truly care about the job they do, and their customer service is wonderful. The latest latte took 4 visits, and we were worried it would never come out of this expensive rug. But they saved it! Their persistence paid off, and the big splotch is gone! I'll never call anyone but Barr's for carpet and upholstery cleaning!
