We use state-of-the-art truck mounted Hydramaster steam cleaning equipment, with drying times in as little as 4 to 6 hours! We use state-of-the-art products made by Bridgepoint Systems that are environmentally gentle, with a mild Ph to be kid and pet friendly! Our carpet cleaning technicians are IICRC trained and use the very best products and cleaning methods to insure the absolutely best results!
We use a 4 step method to treat and remove all the dirt and stains from your carpet. Prespray, dwell, agitation, and extraction. This tried and true cleaning system is the number one recommended carpet cleaning method by top carpet manufacturers. Our 3 step process will remove urine, odor and stain from your carpets leaving them clean and smelling fresh.
At Excel we always stand behind our work. We have a 7 day guarantee on all of our services so if you are not satisfied then we will come back for no charge and re-clean the problem areas. The carpets are slightly damp after cleaning, and can be walked on with clean non-marking shoes (not with bare feet) in about 30 minutes.
