Great job by the Lakeview ProWash crew. From roof to siding to windows & driveway, my house is simply sparkling clean. I'm so glad I did this & highly recommend this company.

We had Lakeview ProWash install outdoor year round lighting in our yard that included 3 very tall palm trees and overhead strung bistro string lights over our entire backyard area that connected to the palm trees. Jacob and his team were timely, professional, did quality work and communicated well with us to insure we were getting what we had expected and wanted. Great organization to work with.

Had my drive way, sidewalk, walkup, patio and gutter faces cleaned. Did good work and looks good. Note by default they spray a chemical treatment on at the end to kill off grass, weeds. This reacted with my Sherwin Williams exterior paint and turned it teal. Make sure you check on this with them.

They were great. They professionally removed the moss from my roof and cleaned off all the debris. They cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up all the droppings on the ground. Other than the squeaky clean roof, I didn't know they were there. Highly recommend

Lakeview Prowash did an excellent job cleaning my concrete. They were easy to schedule, came right on time, and were just very professional. Highly recommended.

They came on time, were professional, did a fantastic job. $4800 for 3 roofs and gutter cleaning was more then we have ever spent, but we will hire them again. It will be less the second year. Yes, we were very satisfied.

They were late for two separate appointments. Really disappointing as I expected more from a company that touts itself as customer focused. I would not use them again.

Lakeview put Christmas lights on our house this year. We were late in the season, but they were still able to fit us in, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again.

Jocob came quickly, listened to what I wanted and offered ideas for our holiday lights. Fair estimate. Process went smoothly. Emily kept me up to date, followed up with estimates, sheduling and invoicing. Crew came when promised, did a fast, professional job. The whole process was a pleasure and my lights look fantastic! The lights were well designed and the detail of small, professional touches, really makes my house explode with joy! Glad to join Jacob and Emily being "Crazy for Christmas!"

Lakeview Pro Wash showed up on time, cleaned off our roof and cleaned out our gutters and left our house and yard looking fantastic. I own a residential real estate brokerage and I refer a great contractors to my clients all the time. Lakeview Pro Wash is definitely on my referral list!

I paid over $2000 to have my roofs cleaned and treated with their 5 year warranty bleach product only to have significant amounts of moss grow back a little more than a year later. Turns out during years 2-4, the warranty calls out another full cost treatment minus a 50% discount. Who knows what happens during year 5. But when I scheduled a meeting to honor the warranty, I was sold a $609.86 gutter cleaning which has nothing to do with the warranty. Digging deeper, seems like a few potential name changes so to make sure I'm writing about the right franchise, the contact information on the invoice says: Lakeview ProWash 891 Industry Drive Tukwila, WA 98188 425-457-6900 Still waiting to hear back from them around honoring the warranty. Will update with the outcome.

I am so sick of businesses throwing their advertising in my front yard. This is littering! I could use your services Lakeview, but I honestly think this is the wrong way to start a relationship with a customer. I have a policy not to use companies that use this ride advertising tactic

Jacob did an impeccable job cleaning my gutters, treating my roof and pressure washing my walkway. I've called him urgently in the past when water was overwhelming my gutters because I left the cleaning for too long. He came over that evening after another job since I expressed concern about damage the large amounts of water would do to my house. He's also done a fabulous job cleaning my windows and screens. He's also a really nice guy.

It's about gutter cleaning of my house. I've asked to provide pictures before and after so I can tell if the job is performed or performed well. For a large house, I only got 2 pictures. One is before cleaning and the other is after cleaning, but they are of different spots. The crew left some debris on my AC unit, porch, and yard. Also found my ADT sign was broken after the crew left. My biggest concern is that I'm still not sure how good the cleaning is due to lack of pictures.
