Charles the owner and his son nick did my house today. The results were amazing. The soft wash process they use even cleaned the black streaks off my gutters. The whole process, from the initial estimate, to scheduling, to the day of cleaning was handled professionally. (Very nice to have people show up on time).

There are a lot of power wash companies out there, but in my opinion what sets Wash Pro apart from the rest is their professionalism, their attention to detail and, perhaps most importantly, their commitment to excellent customer service. Joseph was excellent in keeping me updated on the ETA of staff (who happened to be the owner, Charles, and his wife) coming to do the estimate and then later the crew that was coming to do the work. I appreciated that very much. Five stars. Call Wash Pro.

Wash Pro came out to clean mine and my neighbor's house this week. Our houses look great. I was very impressed by their equipment, attention to detail, and professionalism. I used a different company to clean my last house, and I was happy with the job they did. I decided to try Wash Pro this time, and I'm glad I did. They did an awesome job. The other company doesn't have the equipment or the attention to detail that Wash Pro has; it's not even close.

It's nice to actually like the people working around your house, but it's far from the biggest thing for me. I really like Charles, Nick, and Mary. They're nice people. I'm happy I met them. How often do you feel like that after someone's worked on your house?

Charles and his wife Diana where very organized and professional from the time I made the phone call to get a quote until the job was complete. Charles performs miracles, our house had not been washed in 10+ years and I wasn't sure if it could be cleaned. Charles did a fabulous job! He exceeded my expectations and was thorough and very attentive to all details and on time! They did a fantastic job from beginning to end! Highly recommend and will be using there services again!

We hired Wash Pro to power wash the exterior of our home based on the positive recommendations that we saw on the Next Door app. The reviews were true! I received a full house wash as a teacher appreciation gift. A rep from Wash Pro came out in a timely manner. No trying to upsale or add anything - just looked at the house and booked us for the cleaning. We are thrilled with the results. Everything looks brand new!
