Dan and Ken did a great job cleaning my metal roof again this year. I live in a woodsy location, so it was covered in cedar fronds and pollen. It looks great and they do a nice job cleaning up all the debris.

When a cedar roof. These are very hard to clean properly and they did a fabulous job. We will definitely use them again for all types of roofs.

While they aren't perfect, I was very happy I picked Alpine with our roof. Our situation was that we had a 20+ year tile roof, and no one wanted to touch it. Alpine was the only company to respond and confidently say they could do the job. We were very glad to do so, as our call to replace fascia turned into a need to replace the roof due to extensive rotting we were unaware of. Pros: They do focus on the overall care of your roof, not just to sell you a new roof.

They were able to fix our rotted fascia, as well as fix the structure of the roof so the water flow didn't continue to rot the roof quickly. With the new roof, they will come out for 3 years at no cost to ensure that the roof is good and make any additional repairs. They are very thorough, their inspector came a day after the install to make sure everything was done right and even fixed a few things that were left undone (at no extra cost).

Their work is very high quality. Cons: Getting in touch with them was difficult. As with many companies, they have been adversely impacted by the pandemic. Calling them during business hours has been the best way to reach them. You also need to plan out 2-3 months ahead, because they are so slammed. The third-party finance options they suggest were a joke, I would suggest a home improvement loan through your credit union instead. Another tip: make your choices quickly, as the supply disruptions has caused prices to increase and choices of material to decrease rapidly.

We hadn't had our roof cleaned in years, and finally got around to getting it done. I got a couple estimates, but Alpine responded quickly with a competitive bid to clean our roof, so we booked an appointment. (We had a ton of moss on the north side.) They were able to give us an estimate without having to see the property in person using Google Earth or whatever. Ken showed up in the given appointment window, explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, etc.

He reminded us to make sure all the windows were closed, and that he was going to make a big mess, but would clean everything up. He was true to his word! After he was done, the roof looked great, and the property was in better shape than when he showed up, with the walls washed down, and the yard raked up from all the crap washed off the roof. We knew the roof was getting pretty worn out which he confirmed, so I'll be getting an estimate on a new roof from Alpine. I hope to be doing more business with them soon.

Alpine Roof Care replaced our roof 6 years ago. Did a great job and cleaned up very thoroughly. I was on the roof cleaning the gutter the other day, noticed a "bubble" in the roof about 1' wide. Called and they came out the next day, pulled up the roof and said it was a bad piece of plywood. Did a temporary fix and said they would schedule to replace the whole wood sheet with a permanent fix as soon as they were able. Great service and the tech's were very friendly! Great company!

Roof Replacement - Alpine Exceeds Expectations! It is rare when a company takes such great care of their customers that they completely exceed your expectations! That was our experience with Alpine Roof Care. We needed a complete roof replacement and received bids from four different companies. It was clear that Alpine provided the most value for the price from the start.

What blew us away, however, was the level of customer care after we selected them. The communication was astounding. Crystal was very clear about what to expect with the noise and the mess and how best to mitigate that when possible. We had a difficult project with two existing roof layers to remove and a new driveway, landscaping and deck we wanted to protect.

They took every precaution to honor our wishes. When issues came up, Crystal was immediately on the phone letting us know what was going on, how they were going to solve it or gave us our solution options. The project was completed in the timeframe expected and the new roof is beautiful! We honestly cannot recommend this company enough. If we ever have a roofing project in the future, we'll skip the bid process and just go straight to Alpine. We've already referred a couple of neighbors. They have earned our business and trust!

Wow! Alpine Roof Care came out today and we couldn't be more pleased with work done to clean our roof and gutters. The young man who came worked his butt off to make sure everything was done thoroughly. He went out of his way to clean up afterwards and was friendly and nice. Paul did an amazing job on the roof cleaning service this afternoon! I'm going to be reaching out to Alpine to schedule a periodic roof cleaning now. In addition to the cleaning, last year we had an emergency roof repair caused by a broken branch and Alpine was here within 24 hours.and this was during snowmageddon. Great company!

We've had Alpine do work on our house twice and they are top-notch. I had some hot torch down and was looking for someone to seal it with to protect from rain and cool our 2nd floor down a bit. I had multiple roofers come out saying they'd need to completely tear down the roof and start from scratch. We had skylights installed and heard that our roof was fine so this was quite shocking. Luc came by with his honest assessment that the roof still had a lot of life in it and applied a white heat resistant coating.

We had a small unrelated leak earlier this year. Luc came by and fixed it temporarily for free and we just had him out to complete the job. Highly recommend Alpine Roof Care!.

Absolutely amazing! We got our home pressure washed and they did an excellent job. The guy was very nice and even asked about my plants so he didn't damage them!

From the time I called Crystal, the free estimate which was right in the middle of the estimates I received and them cleaning my roof and gutters was seamless and very professional. Victor was on time and did a fantastic job. Even my next door neighbors who watched him during the process was very impressed with all the techniques he used. He did not rush and was extremely careful during the bleaching process.

Alpine Roof Care cleaned the roof of our Shoreline rental home on their coupon special. Even though this was a special they did a great job, took their time to do a thorough job and even worked on Christmas Eve! It looks beautiful and I was pleased with both the work and the cleanup. I have been using Alpine twice to clean and repair my roof. Before clean the roof, the roof looks so dark and old and I was also told that better to replace it. Fortunately I talked to Alpine. After clean and treatment the roof looks pretty "new" now and it shinning my eyes. And they always clean up around my house after done with roof. Communication is good and responsive, team arrive on time. I'll definitely continue using their service.

Stay away from these guys unless you wish to be frustrated beyond belief. We had an appointment start time set between 12 and 3pm. I called in on appointment day to see what time the roofer would be in, and was told he was on his way and should be there around 1:10pm. Left work and arrived at the property at 1:00, and waited till 1:50p and then called back to see where the roofer was. Was then told that the assistant miss understood the roofer and that he wouldn't be here till at least another hour, or possibly later.

I told the assistant no thanks and to cancel the appointment. The manager called to apologize, and said "mistakes happen." Well this mistake will cost me about 2+ hours of work by the time I get back to the office. If scheduling is an issue, imagine what else may be deficient with them. Find a company that is customer centered and gets things done right from start to finish. Good Luck!

Perfect scheduling and coordination. Flexible to my schedule. Great communication throughout the process from Bid to Completion. I had the roof redone and coming home from work there was no evidence that the work was even done, no mess, no damage to folliage. Except for the great looking new roof. Well done.

After having bad fixes from previous contractors, I called Alpine when one day the wall by the chimney started flowing water down the room. They came in, diagnosed the problem and suggested couple of reasons why it could be happening. They suggested going with the first obvious reason and wait for heavy rains to see if it fixed the problem. And it indeed did. I've been leak free since.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 Star is because of the price. I thought it to be a bit expensive. Overall I am thankful for a job well done and for saving me money by not coning me into doing other potential fixes.

I have a leak in my roof so called Alpine Roof Care to come take a look. I was called the day before and given a window of 1-3pm then I received a call day of at 10am saying that the technician was there and that he would wait 10 minutes and if I couldn't let him in than I'd need to re-schedule. He spent 10 minutes looking at the leak location, took out two handfuls of moss and left.

I received an 'estimate' two days later saying the cost is $225 for gutter cleaning due upon receipt but also notes that said the gutter cleaning won't help and that I need a new roof yet no estimate for a new roof. So, an estimate that says money is due upon reciept of estimate for a service that won't solve my problem. When I asked Alpine about it, this is the response I got. "This is not an invoice this is an estimate to do the gutter cleaning which you have not schedule yet do this is just an estimate NOT an invoice.

Our min price is 225.00 so cleaning all gutters would be 225.00 there is not charge for the estimate yesterday. But thanks for letting me know that he did work for free when giving you a free estimate." Not the customer centric message displayed in the responses to the negative yelp reviews below. I will not be using Alpine Roof Care moving forward.

We received several quotes for having our roof cleaned, Alpine Roof Care came in right in the middle and we decided to move forward based on their Yelp reviews. They booked us for an appointment about two weeks later, and arrived right on time. They did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and rinsing off our solar panels. The amount of debris and moss from our roof made a huge mess (seriously, huge). Regardless, they cleaned the exterior from the roof down the sides of the house, rinsed the windows and solar panels, cleaned all the way to the ground and then pressure washed our driveway and walkways.

I couldn't believe the difference it made. They also noted a few areas on our roof that needed to be repaired, they came back and handled that this afternoon. Totally worth it, great customer service. We'll definitely call them when we need the roof cleaned again.

Alpine Roof Care was a fantastic company to work with! Martin did a great job cleaning our roof, making it look brand new. We live in a very wooded area and had a few years of tree debris built up and he got it all cleared off, cleaned out our gutters, and after he was done with the roof he cleaned up the mess on our driveway and deck. They are a very professional company with reasonable prices (I got 3 bids). I am planning on having them come out next summer to replace some skylights.

Yesterday Kevin (?) arrived right on schedule. This is the second year he has cleaned my roof and treated it. My roof is getting up in age and he is always careful to treat it "gently". So much debris on my roof as I live in a green belt. After all the cleaning on the roof he took special care of the surroundings and there were already huge amounts of maple leaves surrounding the house and layers on the patio. I was scratching my head when one of my properties needed some roof cleaning done. The only thing that popped in my head was the ads for Angie's list. So I spend a couple of days searching for roof cleaning and all the places I've found only cleaned houses that were only 2 to 3 stories high. It was a bit exhausting going through Angie's List.

Where do people with tall houses and townhouses get their roof cleaning done? As a last resort, I sent out and service request through Yelp for one of the places that someone recommended and checked to deliver the same request to Alpine as they were similar service provider. Someone from Alpine got back to me the same day and provided an estimate quickly.

I was able to schedule the service and got my peace of mind back. Unfortunately, during the day of the service we had to reschedule since the ladder wasn't tall enough as my property was actually 4 stories tall. Considered I took some time away from work to get the schedule in, I was a bit annoyed. The second reschedule worked out great. The cleaning was done quickly and they provided me pictures afterwards.

As president of a homeowners association, I used to volunteer my time to do the pressure washing around our small condo community. I never did roofs, but I know how much of a mess pressure washing creates. My neighbors hired Alpine Roof Care on January 17th to take care of the moss on their roof. When washing began, I was a little concerned about how much debris was splattering all over the side of my home, into the window screens, and over my deck.

I mentally prepared myself to spend my afternoon hosing it all down. An hour or two in, I was surprised to hear a lot of giggling coming from my toddler son. One of the technicians had noticed him looking up from our deck's sliding door and was playfully sprinkling water over the door pane. It was then that I noticed he was in the process of hosing down the entire side of my home. Later, he hopped onto my deck and gave it a very thorough cleaning, spraying off not only the debris on the deck itself, but also the upright wood lattice on it.

My son was delighted to spend some more water time with the tech, and insisted on watching them clean up until they left. They washed not only my home, but several nearby homes (we are in downtown Redmond and our homes are built very close to each other) that were affected by the cleaning, leaving the neighborhood cleaner than they found it. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how the technician made my son's day by taking a little time to play with him. Kudos, Alpine Roof Care.
