I brought in a Moroccan rug that needed a basic cleaning and treatment for a recent pet stain which cost me $427 but the price isn't even the worst part. The stain on my rug is the same color and crusty, matted consistency as it was $427 ago when I took it in for the cleaning and during the 10 days that Woodard had my rug, they did not call me once to discuss any issues with trying to get the spot out and back to the rug's regular texture.
The disclaimer at the beginning of the process was only with regards to the coloring that may be impacted (or not as impressive) by the cleaning. Nothing was said about the consistency staying the same. Furthermore, if there were concerns mid-cleaning that there may be color run or issues with the stain, I should have been contacted immediately as either a courtesy or to give me some options and their various risks.
That being said, the company once again was given the opportunity to notify me about this situation when I came to pick up the rug but they were silent. I didn't find out until I unrolled it at my house. I am beyond upset and I reported as much in my customer feedback that was solicited of me after the cleaning which ended with a "satisfaction guaranteed".
With my scoring and comments, I should have received a call from customer service to discuss as I'm CLEARLY NOT SATISFIED but I have not. Furthermore, we were quoted 8-10 days (fine) but never received a call that the rug was ready. We had to call first and then, of course, they claimed they were "just about to call us". Okay, sure. The person we dealt with when dropping off and picking up was rude and dismissive of the things I wanted to note about the rug.
I am not a rug cleaning professional, I have no reason to know what is and isn't noteworthy so when you respond with, "I don't know how the rug being vintage factors in." I'm left to feel stupid even though I do think it's relevant to mention that the rug is over 50 years old which may require some extra delicate handling and if your services treat everything with such care, you should be telling me that rather than acting like I'm an idiot for pointing it out.
I will never use Woodard for anything ever again and I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere unless you want to overpay for terrible, ineffective, and not customer oriented service.

We recently had a mishap that created a lot of dust that occurred in our basement and migrated through the ductwork into some of the first floor living spaces. I contacted Woodard Restoration and Kyle responded within an hour. He sent a crew to mitigate the upstairs the next day. Kyle then made the arrangements with their crew and other resources to finish the cleanup. We greatly appreciate Kyle's management of his team for the quick response and excellent work.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Full House fire. They have you sign contracts, take your insurance money, then walk out on you when they were 85% completed. Notice why there are no comments allowed on their Facebook? They are deceiving. They lie. They take your checks, and didnt show up to complete the work. We had several years of wax build up on kitchen stone floors. First estimate (not Woodard) was over $1000 to strip. We called Woodard, they came to the house, checked it out gave an estimate, and we scheduled a time/date. They were right on time, let us know and they were on the way. They took precautions to cover the floors in other rooms. In less that 3 hours the floor looked new.
They stripped, and cleaned the floor for 1/3 the cost of previous bid. Friendly, responsive, good value. This company has it all. I highly recommend giving this company a call for floor care

Woodard rugs needs to stick to doing rugs! The construction side needs alot of improvement. I hired Woodard in September 2020 to do repairs on my house after a tree fell and destroyed the back half of my house. They are still not done and it's almost 2022. The biggest issues are 1. Lack of communication with the client 2. Lack of respect for surfaces by the workers.
My wood floors are in worse condition than before repair work. Drywall mud ground in to the wood. Paint on sufaces that were not to be painted( floors, doors, plumbing fixtures, etc.).Sawdust, nails, trim pieces, mud from taping, etc. left where ever they were working. 3. Schedules not adhered to. I have waited many times after someone was scheduled and no show and no call.
Then they just show up on anothet day unexpectedly. 4. I have had property damaged or dusposed of that should not have been disposed of. My custom aluminum blind was trashed along with garden supplies, weed eaters. I have paper temporary blinds now. I wonder if my zipcode had been Ladue or Chesterfield, would I have these same issues. If asked would I recommend Woodard, I would say NO. Not until you address several issues and find ways to improve.

I visited their site online and scheduled for five rooms and a great room to have the carpets cleaned. They were able to send someone out within two days. The technician came out and was polite. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. They have a 12 step cleaning process and a majority of the steps were not done by this technician.
No Worries! I called and they immediately addressed my concerns. Two days later they sent another technician out, as well as a Team Supervisor. They were polite from the beginning of the visit and all the way to the end. They asked me to walk them through the house and tell them what happened/didn't happen. After the tour they got to work. They actually put the wall pads and floor pads down, they used different machines to clean my carpet, they used different techniques and cleaning solutions to address the spills from kids, pets, wax, paint, etc.
They did every step of the 12 step process and so much more! They really did want to make this right, and THEY DID! I am extremely satisfied with their response to this situation. They really do know what they are doing and they pride themselves on their work. Now, maybe the technician who came out initially will receive some additional training or maybe he won't. Either way I am confident this company truly has the customer in mind and their hopes are to leave the customer as satisfied as possible. Thank you for reading.

I've known about Woodard for years but never needed to use their services until a recent long-distance move left my very pricey mattress in very rough shape. Woodard quoted me a price that was higher than others in the are had, but based on the conversations I had with their scheduling support, felt they were worth the extra money. They were able to schedule me within the week and the cleaners text the morning of the cleaning then called when they were about 30 min out.
They were very professional and treated my home with courtesy (wore covers on their shoes while walking on my carpet and laid plastic down when moving their equipment in). It took less than 30 minutes for them to clean and sanitize my mattress and I was BEYOND impressed by the job done. Not only had they removed the dirt and stains left from the movers, but they made my bed look and feel brand new. I cannot recommend Woodard Cleaning and Restoration enough!

The lady who got my appt scheduled was awesome. She worked with my timeline as we were preparing to sell our house. When the technician arrived he was professional, courteous, and friendly.
