Everybody has a budget; therefore, we offer a carpet cleaning package for budget conscious consumers and for those customers who clean more frequently. The frequency of carpet cleaning is determined by one's personal perception of their environment. The number of pets or kids, the indoor air quality from smoking, and whether or not shoes are worn indoors are all determining factors regarding your decision to clean your carpets.
Pet urine can be an irritant and can cause you unnecessary embarrassment if gone untreated. Many times the problem is simple and can be fixed with pet urine pre-conditioner and a thorough cleaning. In more severe cases, we will need to remedy the problem using a solution that is applied directly to the troubled spot(s) and then extracted using a specialized tool that pulls the urine deposits from the subfloor, through the pad, and finally the carpet face fibers.
After we gain an understanding of your requirements, we'll prepare a customized proposal for your approval. We'll then recommend a well-planned maintenance program that is essential to preserving the life and health of your carpet, upholstery, drapes and blinds. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will provide monthly carpet inspections at no additional charge.
