The idea for Housekeeping Maid Easy was birthed shortly after Owner and CEO Monika Schindler relocated to Fishers in 2005 from Michigan. We at Housekeeping Maid Easy love making a difference in people's lives and homes servicing Indianapolis & Hamilton County, creating a safe, clean, organized, beautiful home for you.
Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly, cleanings are our specialty! Gift Certificates can also be purchased as a gift for that special someone. We start all recurring customers off with a deep cleaning, this is also called our initial cleaning (or first cleaning) of your home, followed by regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings to maintain your clean home.
We love making a difference in people's lives and homes, creating a safe, clean, organized, beautiful Fishers home for you. People who are attracted to the high quality of living that Carmel offers also love a beautifully clean house, but it's a tough balance between fun and housework. I tried two other cleaning businesses before this one, and there were issues with quality as well as scheduling. With Housekeeping Maid Easy I've experienced nothing but excellent, responsive communication, and the quality of the clean has been great. I only wish I'd found them sooner! Housekeeping Maid Easy is an incredibly professional business with excellent customer service all around. I had an initial concern about my cleaning and the responses were amazingly gracious. The email from Monika was detailed and thoughtful, the personal phone calls from Molly were empathetic and kind, and lastly, the amazing work done by Zoe and Lori was outstanding.

We have been using Housekeeping Maid Easy for months now and have been very happy with their service. 1. I really appreciate the organization of the company. You have the ability to send "notes" to your cleaning team before their arrival if you have any special concerns/areas. After every service you can give feedback in case there is a concern/area you want addressed a different way. 2. Monika has a lot of options for your level of service-ie clean as much as possible for x amount of time, just clean it all, etc. 3.
When I come home.it's always clean. I know that sounds obvious, but if you have used cleaning services before, you know this is not always a given. I have used services in the past where I had to list all the things they should clean-which is just exhausting and defeats the purpose. I have never had to do this with Housekeeping Maid Easy. I even relayed some unique areas/preferences-they wrote it down and remembered in visits thereafter. Thanks to our cleaning team! We appreciate you.

I have recommended Housekeeping Maid Easy to many of my clients and they have done an excellent job. Monika and her team take care of their customers. One time a client of mine had a very small issue and when she called them they immediately went out and addressed her concern. No one and no company is perfect but will they take care of their customers?
To me that is what I want to see from a quality company, responding to their clients concerns. HouseKeeping Maid Easy responded immediately, addressed her concern, and left my client happy! We have used Housekeeping Maid Easy many times to clean our home and handle the extra chores that need to be done. The staff are friendly, professional, helpful and they always do an excellent job. My wife has back issues, so their assistance is truly a God send in tackling the jobs she would pay for in pain to do. We appreciate their efforts and are always glad that they have been in our home.

Housekeeping Maid Easy has been cleaning our home for several years and do a wonderful job. They are punctual and professional. If we have ever had an issue, Monika and her staff have been quick to resolve it and send a team back out to take care of it.
