The hot water extraction method is powerful enough for the toughest soils yet mild enough to not harm the fibers. The dry extraction method uses a safe and non-toxic patented cleaner to lightly dampen the entire fiber without overwetting or allowing moisture into the pad or backing. Around 80% of the carpets we clean today are done using the dry method.
Started in 1998 after leaving a popular franchise in the same industry, owner Mark Merideth was committed to building his business with a simple, one point philosophy: making happy customers. By building a business that thrived on many repeats and referrals, we could spend less on advertising and more on finding and keeping quality employees.
