Outstanding carpet cleaning company! Davonne was fantastic and gave me some additional carpet cleaning tips for the future. Very friendly and did the job very quickly. Michael the owner is very responsive and very nice too. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

This company is great! Jane was very helpful to meet my emergency need of a same day appointment for carpet cleaning! My carpet had some really dark stains, that Amir said he would do his best to get stains out! It's been years of carpet stains, and Amir did an amazing job with getting as much of the stains out as possible, I was really amazed by how good of a job he did, in so little time!

It took him 30 minutes for a 1 bedroom apartment. Amir gave me a great consult before starting the cleaning. He's a very professional and efficient carpet cleaner. I would ask for his service again.

Amir from Stay Cleaned up hooked up my couch! Very quick service and was able to remove a super difficult stain/smell left by my cat. I highly recommend him! Also, Jane is lovely- she gave me a fair price when I called and is super responsive. Very happy with the final product!

Hands down the best carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. What was once carpeting that I hated looking at is now like brightening up the entire place! Stains that the previous "cleaning" claimed wouldn't come up are no longer there. Also went above and beyond what I originally asked for and touched up some spots in another room. I highly suggest that you use this service if you need your carpets cleaned!

Amir was great. He took his time cleaning the carpet and was very thorough. He was easy to talk to and did a great job. I would have given this review a 5 star. However, the scheduling was too informal which led to a mistake. They do not provide a confirmation email of the schedule and the quote. They will do a text if you ask. Be sure to ask for confirmation.

My 12 year old chairs look brand new! I love these pieces but the kids + the dog + the years of love took a toll. (Did I mention they are an ivory color purchased pre kids and dog?)I wondered if I might need to replace them but was sad to learn the manufacturer no longer makes them so I thought I'd see what a professional cleaner could do before i investigated re-upholstering.

Somehow the stars aligned and Davonne at Stay Cleaned Up responded to my weekend inquiry. He was able to schedule me within the week and work around my busy schedule. He was in and out within 2 hours (cleaning 3 chairs and 1 filthy ottoman) and told me how I can keep my furniture looking fresh between cleanings. He's a life saver! I highly recommend these guys.

Stay Cleaned Up just finished cleaning my carpets and did a WONDERFUL job! Amir was the technition and he was professional, cordial and clear about what he was going to do. I wish I'd taken photos of the paint spill in the carpet beforehand, but Amir of Stay Cleaned Up made absolutely sure that there was no sign of it by the time he left. We followed the directions of their dispatch team to try to keep the stain in good enough shape for them to work their magic, and it absolutely worked like a charm. Before Amir even arrived, he gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, which was helpful to let me prepare for his arrival.

Once he got all set up, he turned his headphones on and just got to work. Before I even finished my task of cleaning the paint towels in the kitchen, he was done! All in all, I would highly recommend Stay Cleaned Up, but if I were you, I'd see if I could get Amir to come and do the job expertly and efficiently.

I recently completed a construction project at my house. So I needed my carpet cleaned afterwards. My usual carpet cleaner was too busy, so I decided to try a new company. Due to the 5-star Yelp reviews, I wanted to give Stay Cleaned Up a try. I'm glad I did. They were very responsive, prices were reasonable, and Amir was super fast and did an excellent job!

After he cleaned it, about a week later, I had some additional construction work done that created more dust than I had expected. So I gave Stay Cleaned Up another call to clean just one room this time. They were able to get me in the same day. They gave me a reasonable price, and Amir was back to do another great (and quick) job. I'll probably be using them again in the future.

Davonne did an Excellent job, clear and fast communication and great customer service. I thought my Berber carpets needed some cleaning but had no idea how bad my carpets were until Davonne cleaned them and I saw the difference. Now they look new again. Would highly recommend and will use them again for sure.

I used this service today to do a much-needed cleaning of the carpeting in my bedrooms. Was able to book for same day which was wonderful, and I felt their pricing was pretty fair. The tech's name is Amir who was very pleasant and professional! He provided a quick yet very thorough job, and my carpets look fantastic. Found this company on yelp. Michael was quick to respond and quoted with a reasonable price. Michael was also able to fit us in the schedule within the next few days. The tenants left the property with lots of stains on the stairs and hallway. Amir came by and did an excellent job! We would definitely recommend this company and Amir for all future jobs! Amir steamed our carpet. He did a really good job and was honest about what could be lifted and what he would go over a few times in hopes that it will clean up. I thought he was kind and honest. He was on time and did a thorough job. When I scheduled, I spoke with Micheal and I liked him too. He got my appointment made quick! Very organized business. Thank you. I'll definitely be using your service every 6 months now that I know how to manage my carpet.

I have used these guys twice and they have delivered both times. They are available (booked the day prior!) conscientious (phone and text updates on arrival time!) value-oriented and they do an excellent job. I will continue to hire them every time we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned.

Great job! Called yesterday and they came out in one day to do carpet and tile cleaning! Was a little pricey but you get what you pay for! They were on time, efficient and the carpets dried quickly!

Fantastic job cleaning our home's carpet. He was courteous and worked hard and diligently to get our home in the Oakland Hills completed. Honestly, we couldn't be happier. Especially that they offered to clean our carpets the same day I called. The two companies we have used before were booked until December. I couldn't believe I got a same day appointment.

And they were just as professional and thorough. Our home is two stories and he strategized how to best do each room without having to step on newly cleaned carpet. Our carpet is a very light color, cream. We can tell very easily when they are clean and when they are dingy. He left them very bright and uniform. He was more thorough than we asked him to be, so he did extra work above our normal preference.

There was a bit of confusion on the arrival time but it was not his fault. The scheduler mis-communicated. His work ethic and professional demeanor more than made up for it. And it was SAME DAY service. I think we found a new company to do our yearly whole house carpet maintenance.

Erinn is a great guy! He payed attention to detail and did a wonderful job cleaning some stubborn stains. It is hard to find someone who does a good job, but Erinn did an awesome job! Thank you very much!

After a single response from the owner Michael, he requested I email him directly & not via Yelp so I could send attachments of the damage that needed to be cleaned. He never got back to me, and because I was on a deadline with my insurance company, I chose to go with a different company. If they can't respond to a simple estimate, I can only imagine how their response rate is when you're actually doing business with then.

I HIGHLY recommend that you avoid this company. Especially if you intend on having ABY communication with them. UPDATE: Since this owner clearly has issues with his memory, here is a picture of our correspondence on Yelp after our phone conversation!

Had another cleaning today and we are so happy with how our carpets look. This is probably the 4th or 5th time over the years that we've used Stay Cleaned Up. Due to Covid lock down and being home in our bubble with 2 elderly dogs and a new puppy, plus some lovable but very clumsy family members (full cups of coffee and soda spills) our cream colored upstairs coffee was in dire need of cleaning. Erinn did an amazing job!

He told us he would "do his best" but it was nothing short of miracle work that he did today! We are so happy and a lot less embarrassed of our carpet after his help today! Highly recommend!

I called Stay Cleaned Up based on all the fabulous Yelp reviews. Fellow Yelpers are on point with this company. I called on a Friday and got a quote right away and my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday at 9am. Monday comes around and Devon gave me a courtesy call about an hour before arrival. He was just checking in and giving me a confirmed time. Devon did a great job cleaning the carpets. Thank you so much for your professionalism

THIS IS THE COMPANY! ERINN IS THE MAN! I could not be more pleased with the work in our 2 bedroom apartment. The carpets were already gross when we moved in, but now that I needed them cleaned before moving out I was super worried about our security deposit; let's just say the carpets were way passed their prime. But Erin left me flabbergasted, all of the stains are GONE!

We also have a pet cat who has sprayed in several parts of the apartment, the smell was evident and I was sure it wouldn't come out. The smell is now also GONE! Erin was polite, extremely hardworking, and honestly a freaking miracle worker! I've come across some really shady companies during this move trying to make my apartment look presentable before turning in the keys.

This has been the ONE company who came in and did what they told me they would, seriously above and beyond. I will recommend y'all from the roof tops! Thanks to you guys I'm more confident in getting my deposit back. Stop questioning it. Just book the appointment already.

Got a quote on Yelp. They gave me a reasonable price and scheduled the time. Erinn showed up exactly on time and took an hour from start to finish. Great communication and timely, professional service.

Very good customer service and they were able to clean our carpet the very next day. We were moving out of our house and we needed someone right away. Michael responded to my message on Yelp within minutes but we also called in and scheduled an appointment for next day. It was a bit pricey but our house was 4 floors so that's understandable. The carpet looked brand new, definitely worth it.

My review is from about 2 years ago now, but I have distinct memory of Devon being extremely professional and thorough. The cleaning was a wonderful job. What I remember uniquely about them was them putting aluminum foil under the bed legs to protect them from the steam. Very diligent about his work. I have no complaints, and had a very good experience end to end.

Carpet cleaning done and the results look good! The Tech called to let know when he was going to arrive and once he got here he explained the cleaning process before he began. Good service and communication.

Courtney came out to the house to clean one room and an area rug. He is a great guy! Extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. He did a great job on the carpet and rub. I have used Stay Cleaned about a year ago and will continue to use them. Their service has been consistently excellent and I plan on using them to clean my new carpets annually after they get installed to keep them always looking new. 5 stars!

Haven't had the floors done in a bit and was hesitant during this cooky time in our world to do so right now. I dropped my line out though and Stay Cleaned Up did the dang thang! Lol requested a quote first and got a response in less than 5 mts. Called and discussed needs with Michael and was scheduled for the next day! I got a call when my tech was on his way and text updates until he arrived too.

When D arrived he did a walk through with me and then got to work. Our floors weren't too bad so this was just a spiff up and they look brand new just like when we just moved in. Very much appreciated that it went so quickly and we did a PM appt so we could leave the windows open and dry overnight but we were told 4 -6 hrs dry time on average.

Very knowledgeable on spill advice, tips and tricks, and just a kind company overall. Smells so fresh and so clean clean! Will most definitely be using them again and highly recommend for all your needs they provide.
