I've been in the commercial real estate business for 38 years. In my time working with the biggest and most demanding tech companies in Silicon Valley who can afford the best and most expensive vendors, I've never come across a more knowledgeable, responsive and true professional than John and his team at Good Housekeeping. John Watt of Good Housekeeping has been my go to carpet cleaner for over 20 years of service. He cleans the carpeting for all of the property management account properties ( San Mateoi Real Estate, Inc) that we property manage. His work, atttention to detail and customer service is exemplary. No one could get the stains out of our doggie stained carpet until GOOD HOUSEKEEPING came along. And not only did they remove all stains, and it appears they are staying out for good, but they also cleaned our living room furniture and amazingly made eight year old furniture look brand new! I have never been inspired to write about a cleaning company till now. But Good Housekeeping does need to change their name. IT should be called GREAT HOUSEKEEPING :
