Step 1. Careful set up. After inspecting all areas to be cleaned and identifying all of your areas of concern, the use of corner guards and an abundance of bath towels are used to protect your floors and furnishings. Even though we take the time to extract our cleaning solution as thorough as possible, we take the extra step to leave your carpet as dry as possible.
There are many types of fabrics used in today's furniture. Many fabrics used are sensitive to water and may or may not have a cleaning tag on them. Our IICRC training and years of cleaning experience has enabled us to identify these fabrics and choose how to clean them safely and effectively. Our cleaning process will thoroughly clean your fabrics, and your furniture will be almost dry before we leave. Care will be given to surrounding floors and items from becoming wet or damaged. Does my furniture need to be dry-cleaned?
Cleaning: We can restore the beauty of your ceramic tile and grout in a safe manner using our truck powered equipment. Just like you can powerwash your deck or driveway, we can do the same for your grout without the mess. Our equipment uses high-pressure hot water and cleaning solutions without any mess.
Hole repairs: Burns, tears, and stains can be removed and replaced with a "bonded insert". A donor piece of carpet is bonded into the area and is strong enough to endure years of vacuuming and cleaning. Donor pieces are preferably taken from scraps left over from installation, however, can be taken from closets or from under unmoved furniture if needed when necessary.

George was very nice and professional. After doing a lot of research on reviews and pricing I chose to go with Quality Care. I recommend George and his company of Quality Care Carpet for any of your carpet needs. He got stains out that I had been there for years. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. Im very impressed and I highly recommend Quality Care! George even called a few days later to make sure everything was OK!

I left a review on NextDoor app cause someone asked for a recommendation, so I said left me leave this here as well! Not sure why I never thought of leaving this here but here goes-- I highly recommend George at Quality Carpet Care. He's amazing and highly skilled and trained and certified! He's IICRC certified! Look that certification up, he knows his stuff!
He's been cleaning our carpet at our same home for 20-22+ years now! We built in 1998 so we discovered George from neighbor sometime back then. He's gotten out gum (yes gum!), burgundy candle wax (yes wax!) and tough spots from our carpet. Our carpet is never damp when he leaves because his machines are high tech and it sucks the moisture out as it cleans and steams the carpet.
He always prompt! He comes in the morning or midday and by that evening we can walk on it and it's dry. He teaches us proper care and ventilation the day of cleaning; like to open the windows in the summer and have proper air flow to help it dry. He has a spot treatment solution and a care guide booklet that he leaves with us as well. He takes before and after pics and each time I'm amazed!
We usually have him come every 6 months. We have referred him to friends and family that want to change their carpets and I say no try George first. They do and George cleans it so well that they don't need new carpet installed, he gave them new carpet by just cleaning it with the right instruments! Their carpet would look brand new and they call us back like wow you were right and you just saved us a lot of money!
He also does referral discounts so I usually get a nice coupon on my next service. He's so professional and a really nice guy! The name is his company matches his service and how well he takes care of your carpet and upholstery! Hands down the best carpet cleaner ever!

My carpet looks fantastic! I was looking for a local company and I found a keeper. George was prompt, did a great job on the carpet and even gave guides for carpet care.
