My carpet and upholstery cleaning career started after I became laid off from LTV Steel Cleveland and a friend told me about a job cleaning carpet at Sears carpet and upholstery cleaning. In my experience I have found people will call a company based on the company name.
We provide a FREE CONSULTATION assessment of the damage looking in to the severity of the problem. Once determined we can assist with water extracting, trash and debris removal, clean up, disinfecting and structural drying. Our team can help assess visual and non visual moisture problems. We provide assistance that will help you with equipment rentals and service to address your needs.
We go the extra step to satisfy your needs. Clean your carpet as often as it takes to prevent soiling or spots from becoming permanent. High traffic areas need more attention. Vacuuming on a regular schedule helps preserve the life of your carpet by removing the unseen dirt that falls into the fibers in the carpet.

Hired Pensicola Carpet to clean the carpet in my living room. Will and Cory did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, prompt, and friendly. We discussed in detail prior to my appointment what stains I was concerned about and believe it or not, the stains are GONE! I recently experienced some water damage in my basement. The entire finished side of my basement flooded. I contacted a few water damage companies for different estimates and Pensicola Carpet Cleaning Co. was able to give me a VERY reasonable estimate than these big companies smh! Talk about a customer who was very satisfied with the professionalism of this company. They were very knowledgeable in regards to my water damage problems. They did an excellent job drying my floors! Highly recommend this company!

The owner and propreitor is not only professional and timely, but he is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond his duties to explain the process. He is patient with explaining the potential problem areas and is in the business of making sure that his customers understand what they need to do to maintain the work that he has done. He does more than clean your carpet. He educates his customers.

My wife has had many huge names in the carpet cleaning business come out and do our carpets for years and as time goes on the carpet gets worn and no matter who you call the carpet just wasn't coming clean to the point my wife wanted the carpets taken up and living with just the hardwoods beneath, that is until I took a chance on Pensicola Carpet Cleaning!

They were on time, friendly, informative and these two young men worked from the time they entered till the time they left leaving a smile on my wife's face that led to a smile on mine! I would give a 10 star if i could, this is the best Carpet Cleaning company we ever had. OMG they went above and beyond. For a min i was wondering if they place brand new carpet throughout my house. lol. everything was super clean and back in place like it was never moved. I would recommend Pensacola carpet to any/everyone that is looking for great service.

Pensacola Carpet Cleaning does an awesome job for all of your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. I had a very dirty high traffic area that I was hoping they could get "clean enough". Well, they did better than that, that high traffic area, along with the rest of my carpet looked brand new. They were on time, neat, reasonably priced and very professional. I will always use Pensacola for my carpet cleaning!
