Although my carpets are cleaner than before the cleaning and the man who cleaned them was very nice, I can't recommend this place. They use environmentally-friendly products which is the reason I picked them. After the man left, I ended up vacuuming the whole house because he'd left behind much of the "sawdust" he'd used as part of the cleaning process.

He first hand sprayed portions of the carpet and then threw out handfuls of what looked like sawdust all over. I've been finding bits of this granular dust all over the house for a week. He then used a cleaning machine and ended with vacuuming but it was not thorough at all! I had vacuumed the house before he arrived and was nit happy to have to do it again after he left. To top it all off, he tore my wingback chair by using too hot and uneven application of cleaner to it. See my photos.

Exceptional service, outcome and customer service! Paul responded to my quote request promptly and provided an estimate (that he came in below of!) I have three children in the house (plus a hamster but it doesn't really count in terms of messiness). With the amount and variety of child related spills (everything from juice, to vomit, and play dough) the carpets were filthy!

We actually considered replacing the carpet (10 years old) but it would have costed almost $10,000. Over the holidays I had about 10 kids over for a cookie baking party and pretty much right after decided that the carpets require a professional cleaning. They looked ruined. Paul came on the dot, measured the areas (subtracting where the furnishings were) and thoroughly cleaned in under 90 minutes.

He uses a natural surfactant that kills germs and allergens. The carpets were just vacuumed yesterday but he pulled a ton of hair with his machine! The spots came out completely and the carpets were dry. He is so professional and a pleasure to work with. I will return for an annual cleaning.

Enviro-Care did a perfect job and provided really excellent and friendly service. The cleaning process worked really well for our two large (9x11) wool rugs that hadn't been properly cleaned since they were purchased 10 years ago. They look almost new again and are odor-free. And Paul is very easy to work with, helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Paul did an excellent job cleaning our carpets in our 3 story home. He was on time, very courteous and professional and we were very pleased with the results. The time it took was much faster than expected and we were very happy to find a service that doesn't use harsh chemicals and is effectively dry in an hour or so, except a couple heavier traffic areas which still took no more than 3-4 hours to completely dry. We will definitely be using his services again!

Fantastic service! Fantastic product! We'll be using this service again. We wanted our natural fiber (sisal) rug cleaned to get rid of all our dog hair and dander that's built up. What a difference this made and completely environmentally and family friendly.

Paul was fantastic. He was able to accommodate my tricky schedule and cleaned my sofa and chair within an hour. The results are amazing, I can't believe how much dirt and grime he was able to pull out of them. My furniture looks new again and smells wonderful. I will definitely be calling him to do our big wool area rug and another chair later on.

After a summer long house full of visiting children, grandchildren, & dogs, our carpet was a mess with coffee stains, spilled something-or-other, and doggie spots. We've used steam cleaning carpet services in the past but that keeps the house virtually unusable for at least 24 hours. We took a chance on Enviro Care cleaning.a whole different process from steam cleaning.and it was fantastic, fast, safe, our carpet looks like new and smells wonderful. Paul was able to come on a few days notice. He was very professional, reliable, and personable to boot! From now on, no one else will clean our carpets.

Called to discuss pricing and his schedule and ended up talking taking directly with Paul (owner/operator), and had a convenient appointment scheduled all in a couple of minutes. Paul was on time, went the extra mile to get some stains out, and the carpets and upholstery came out looking fantastic, smelling great and dried quickly. I was looking to have my carpets cleaned without steam. After searching the Internet for one-minute, I came across Enviro-Care Inc. I called to make an appointment and spoke directly with Paul, Owner of Enviro-Care Inc. He quoted me a very fair price and then he came out three days later. He arrived and explained all about the Host Dry Cleaning method.

Paul and dry carpet cleaning should put the wet guys out of business! This unusual method of carpet cleaning not only leaves you with dry carpets, it feels like any unwanted debris and odors have been lifted and vaccumed away. Past experience with wet cleaning has left me feeling like the problem was covered up. The dry method pulls everything from dander to various oils up and out of your carpet.
