I own a carpet cleaning company based out of Puyallup Washington and have owned a RotoVac 360i for over 3 years (without any issues). We have done countless carpet restoration, hardwood floor cleaning, tile cleaning and encapsulation cleaning jobs utilizing the different attachments for this machine. I own other mechanical agitation tools but when a carpet has been mistreated and neglected and needs the absolute deepest in cleaning this is the one that I go to.

A very unprofessional and unethical company. They copy other designs and then put down the competition. Update: I am in fact a customer, now a former customer. I bought a monsoon and 360i direct from you, Jeff sold it to me! I also bought a shear dry from Jeff and own a bonzer. I'll be happy to submit my invoice to prove it! Just another example of how poorly the company is run, they don't even know their own customers!

Having been a customer for 11 years, I can't say enough good things about The Rotovac Corporation's equipment and customer service. My power wand deep cleans carpets unlike any standard wand could do. If you want to be a 5 star carpet cleaner, Rotovac is what you need to succeed. I bought an upholstery tool and 3 days later it fell apart, cost me several upholstery jobs I spent 2 months trying to get it replaced and because I bought it at First Quality Supply and the owner died RotoVac refused to Acknowledge it. I lost $495 and $1500 in work and had to spend $500 more on a new upholstery tool from Sapphire Scientific. Stay AWAY from this company go to one that stands behind their products! And customers

I have been doing business with Rotovac for 8 years and they have always been a pleasure. When I bought their 360i business package I was very happy with the training and on going support. I am still using my 360i Rotovac and it still works great. I have made good money with almost no downtime and have impressed a lot of people with how clean I get the carpet.
