If you are a client of AvidXchange, OpsTechnology or Yardi, we can provide your invoices to them in the industry standard EDI 810 format. If you do not currently employ one of these payment processing services, we can provide your invoices to you in the industry standard EDI 810 format via a free portal provided by AvidXchange. You can also subscribe with us and we will email you a PDF of your invoice instead of mailing paper invoices. All invoices are payable to Rasa at its office in Carrollton, Texas; and, all invoices are due and payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and are payable by check or ACH unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They installed what they called a premium carpet throughout my house. It's less than 6 months old and the high traffic areas are matted and worn, much worse than the 10+ year old carpet I had removed. The padding is extremely poor and you can feel hard lumps of plastic in it when you go barefoot. I'm alone in this house, have no pets, and rarely have company over. There's no excuse for poor quality products like this.
